Manager was extremely rude to my mother, as she was struggling with the “screen” to order. She asked for help and the manager rudely refused and offered zero help with an extremely inappropriate and rude attitude. Do better.

Went here at night and they said their machine was updating and it would take 20 mins . It was late so I waited . When I came back around the drive through they said it still wasn’t finished so I asked how long it would be . They replied with “idk” and told me If I came back around again they would call the police on me ??? Worst service ever . Will never go to a jack in the box again nor will I let anyone around me go there again.

Hate to do Jack in the box dirty like this but this particular store keeps their dining area really cold I’m assuming to keep customers from staying to long because it was uncomfortable just standing and their wearing sweaters so obviously there aware.

The girl at the window at night time its always in a bad mood not customer service friendly at all when ordering on the drive thru speaker she speaks with sarcasm hopefully owner does take care of this matter if not will loose business for sure mine is lost and all the people I know won't be going there for sure

Ordered fries with my combo and they're old and hard as if they refried them after being out for a while we're paying for our food it's not free so why do that to a customer whoever the manager or supervisor is in the morning should be aware of what the employees are doing or serving I went at 5:30-5:45 am around there waste of my time and money!

I did a mobile order here. I picked it up and we ate in the car. I went back in to use the restroom and i asked the big tall guy in the front for the code. He stated lying saying the bathroom don’t work. And I said there no sign on the door he said oh yeah it broke. Clearly it’s not. Not to long after I seen a Hispanic lady go in so I was curious so I went to see and they let her in the bathroom.
