I just ordered the midnight meal not even 20 minutes ago and the lady gave me damn barbecue chicken sandwich. It wasn't in a box or anything which I assumed was because they ran out and I ain't that much of a fatty so I didn't check before leaving. I still ate it; It was decent but not at all what I had ordered.

My drive through experience was not great.I was trying to engage and be happy with the people and three gentlemen.One was the manager, young guy, three young guys and I felt very.They made me feel very sad and small as a black woman, because I was very energetic and trying to have fun and you know, life is kind of hard right now for everyone.And I was just trying to lighten up the load, and they were felt like they were kind of rude to me, and even the manager was like, yeah, i'm the manager with a really rude spirit about him.And I do know his name, but i'm not gonna call him out because that's not my character.But jack, in the box, you need to respect every human being white, black.Hispanic, asian, we all should be treated with right?And not one treated better than the other

Omg, the worst! I am seriously calling the health department. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Why were all my items cold? The fries were soooo old, the cheese on my burger was even melted because the patty was cold and the tacos lukewarm. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I should have read the reviews first but was in a hurry.

I’m not usually the type to complain or leave bad reviews, but honestly, this place has terrible customer service. We went inside to order, and instead of taking our order, the lady at the counter just looked at us and pointed to the kiosk. We decided to leave and go through the drive-thru instead since we wanted to order in person, not through a machine.

After ordering, they had us wait about 5 minutes for our food. There were already two cars ahead of us parked and waiting for their orders too. When we finally got our food and drove off, we realized one of our burritos was missing, and our jumbo platter was supposed to have two sausages but only came with one.

There were about four employees inside, and it really makes you wonder what they’re doing. The man who ordered before us was still waiting when we went back to complain. It’s frustrating to pay for food and not get everything you ordered. Whoever manages this location really needs to talk to the staff about checking orders before handing them out. This kind of service is not okay.

Came here tonight to get 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, I got home to eat them. One of my burgers had absolutely no patty to it. They slapped the cheese, bacon but absolutely no patty?? How does that even happen, been coming here for numerous years and never had this experience. Definitely not coming back now.

Manager was extremely rude to my mother, as she was struggling with the “screen” to order. She asked for help and the manager rudely refused and offered zero help with an extremely inappropriate and rude attitude. Do better.
