I came around 11 at night, and the guy at the window barely spoke English. He struggled to understand my order and still got it wrong. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I’d rather drive a little farther to another Jack in the Box where the staff can actually understand my order and get it right.

Came at night with a mobile order went to speaker and no one said anything and then went I get to the window the cashier had an attitude and angry face and told me I have to go all the way around because I didn’t say it at the speaker though I told her I had a mobile order. Then I had to sit in line even longer behind the cars. Then gave me a cold batch a fries, after all that I was expecting fresh fries.

2 adult meals , breakfast items and a kids meal for $44 and everything is barely....can't even say warm. The only thing that was hot was the egg rolls. I've lived here 10 years, 2 min away and know why I never come here. Oh no pancakes or straws

I went this morning to get two teriyaki's bowls and another order. I paid with apple pay and they gave me no receipts. they gave me my food and I left. I got home and only had one teriyaki bowl and my other order. I tried calling to see if I can at least get my bowl or my money back, but there was no answer. I would go back, but knowing them, you need a receipt for proof. I recommend going to the Jack in 8521 Archibald Ave. Their services are better and they give you a receipt too.

If you want manager ANA giving you attitude for forgetting items and having your fiance take 3 trips to fix their mistakes this is your place. Freaking horrible service! Made a corporate complaint and had a few choice words on how to treat people.

Food was well prepared and fresh. Service was a 4; the staff was friendly but overwhelmed with a lot of customers (they need an additional person). Atmosphere was marred by an angry homeless person. It should be noted the staff handled him well. Overall a very good JitB.
