Have a craving at 1:30am? Jack in the Box is there for you. Strawberry milkshake, jumbo jack (took a bite) and the Chili fries are amazing if you have a craving for a little heat. Service was fast and professional. Great job to the team at JB #3555 you delivered.

I come here after work most of the time because I work graveyard and nothing else is ever open at 3am. I have this issue at most Jacks where they say they’re open 24hrs, but when I arrive to order the ppl inside say they’re closed for a couple of hours.

I just left there on the 4th of July and I bought a couple of crispy chicken wraps and a medium curly fry with a strawberry fanta to be exact. I also got a 3 taco combo with no lettuce on the tacos and out of the 3 only one had no lettuce. The food was so nasty and cold. I couldn't even bite into the wrap without almost breaking a tooth. The tortilla taste like it had been through it all just terrible. So I take the food back with the receipt for a rude little girl who calls herself a manager was very I mean very disrespectful. So she tell me she not going to remake my order. Proceeds to tell me that she wasn't the one who took the order walking around trying to see who took the order just to let me know and make sure I knew that it wasn't her that took the order I sent my son to get the food he had to walk back, she claims that it was 30 minutes ago, and that she's not replacing my food. Regardless, you do not get what you want is what she tells And that's it. So I'm appalled, I'm like, you gotta be kidding me. I brought this food right back, and it wasn't even touched, you could see it wasn't even made right out of the 3 tacos that were supposed to have no lettuce, only one of them made it with no lettuce, and besides that, the food presentation and everything about it was nasty, it was old. You're supposed to make the customer happy. We spend a lot of money on this food these days, and she did not have to be rude to me. She's was very unprofessional, just being rude to me for no reason at all, this is Jack in the box y'all. it's not that hard to make a couple things fresh for somebody and you weren't even busy. And I'm just appalled with the service that I received, and I left the food on the counter because they tried to call the police on me and all I wanted to do was get my food fresh, what kind of world are we living in That's a problem. I'm a hard-working American. All I wanted to do was feed me and my daughter, and this girl tells me she's not remaking my food. So I left the food on the counter with the receipt, and I walked out of there because they were all gathered up to try to attack me. I'm the customer. I will do my best to never return back to this location. They were very rude and they're always rude there. There's only one manager in there That is alright, and she wasn't there. Today. So I will be calling up there tomorrow to make sure that they hear about this incident. That happened. It's all on camera. And the fact that I can't do anything about it and she just walks away and tells me she's not remaking my food and tries to call the police on me?. It is the worst feeling, because I already spent the money and the food was not made right and her job was to make me happy and remake it.I brought back all the food and I had the receipt.It was not fair, the way I was treated by those workers in that jack in the box. So I want to say, it's been about a year or so that ordered anything from here. Much to expensive for me. But I was in the mood for my favorite sandwich. Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. And I have to say, i was extremely underwhelmed. I understand prices need to go up so that the store can survive, but the quality of the food was so baaaad! When I took it out of the bag, I was like ^_-? Wait, what did I order? It definitely wasn't worth 8 bucks sorry. I won't be returning anymore.

This location closes the restroom to the public. Even if you are consuming food. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Not a place to go. Basic necessities like washing your hands etc are not possible here. Can you call this place a restaurant? Who cares about people anymore?

Usually there is no line.....hooooooowevvvvver...word to the wise- if you see more than 2 cars in line.. don't get trapped in that drive thru!!!!! WhEHOOO!!! NO Joke! BeSt SODAS EVER!!!

I came around 11 at night, and the guy at the window barely spoke English. He struggled to understand my order and still got it wrong. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I’d rather drive a little farther to another Jack in the Box where the staff can actually understand my order and get it right.
