It has been 2 months. I came back. The service was NOT better. If anything, it was worse. I stood and waited at the counter until someone bothered to notice me. She asked if I was waiting for an order. She told me to use the kiosk and walked away. When she eventually came back and saw me still standing there, she asked if I needed something, and I said that yes, I am paying with cash and can't use the kiosk. She looked at me like I offended her and mumbled something about shes not supposed to but she will help me, took my order, and walked away again. I was standing there waiting with cash in my hand for a while before she came back, and reorganized the whole cash drawer before giving me my change. Very disappointing.
I was literally the only person there when I arrived. Nobody else waiting for food, Nobody in the drive thru. There were 2 staff talking in the kitchen. I stood and waited awhile for them to acknowledge me. When one finally did, she greeted me by asking if the Starbucks drinks I was carrying were for her. I said no. She asked if I was picking up an order. I said that no, I was waiting to PLACE an order. She told me to wait, and walked away. Eventually another guy came over from the drive thru area and took my order. I sat and waited for 10 minutes for my food, still Nobody in the shop except me and Nobody in the drive thru. They gave me my food, and I collected my Starbucks drinks and started walking me out. They stopped me and told me they gave me the wrong sandwiches. How do you give me the wrong sandwiches when Nobody else was there ordering. They managed to get the right sandwiches to me pretty quickly after that, somehow. I don't understand why it took them 10 minutes to make a couple sandwiches.

Most of the time I go they never FAIL to get my order wrong !!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I ordered a breakfast jack and I got a nasty cheeseburger and I was really hungry too!!!!!

The store is close by employee but the regular hours outside dining room open 10 pm but they close like 9:25 And I going to gate open it the employee not response why the employee close gate early and after I going drive thru I ask employee why you close 40 minutes early they saying they don't close that very crazy people I don't come that store again and the employee name Daina she is girl

I asked the lady for a Oreo shake and she told me the machine was just cleaned so I can’t order one then I asked for ranch for my tiny tacos and got red hot sauce and sweet and sour the lady always looks tired and seems to not care much about her job. 1 star service
