Sooooo I'm thoroughly disappointed... I was visiting family at the local Kaiser Permanente.. and decided to get some food.. ima a huge Jack foodie... as the pic states I ordered tiny tacos egg roll a milk tea boba w/t a cheesecake, never received the correct sauces. I ordered a sweet and sour for my roll... never received it nor the avo sauce for the tacos... ate the roll as is cause I was sooo hungry but couldn't eat the tacos as they really need the sauce to eat em... just dissatisfied and disappointed ? ? ?

Ordered a cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich which means they not only messed up mine but someone else’s as well. Didn’t realize until I got home then called and asked for a refund which I was told I had to come back despite not living close. Spend your money elsewhere , they can’t even get the order right. If you want jack in a box that bad, just find a different one.

They increased prices. This Jack in the Box is already the most expensive one around. I enjoy coming here but the nice workers and good food arent enough to make up for high prices. Money matters. Gonna have to start going to the Jack in Chino now. Sorry.

Amazed that this location JITB is getting lousy reviews. For me, the staff hasn't even provided a bad order. Food cooked well and haven't had any burnt food. The best is their meat lovers burritos and tacos. Was disappointed that they discontinued (again) the monster tacos at all locations. What I found the best of late is the mocha iced coffee! Wow! Very smooth and delicious! The overall review is this is a fast food place. With that said, the cooks should not burn food and then try to sell it to their customers. McDonald's is infamous for selling burnt food. Jack in the Box is better.4stars for this location had tables uncleaned at the time of my visit.

Food is mediocre. Staff is apathetic. There are better places to eat but if you want something quick, cheap and open 24hrs then this works. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord

Worse service ever. Employees Always mad , super rude … I ask for condiments and they make a rude comment . I asked for whipped cream and immediately with a rude “ no we can’t do that “ I offered to pay extra she continue to say no but in a rude way , attitude to the maxPlease train your employees to be courteous to the customers ..This girl name Emily is the rudest of them all!!!
