It’s honestly getting so frustrating u guys can’t get any order right or give us the wrong things. This is 3 times in one month already. And no napkins either. My fiancé went a got a salad for me again rn and I told him to make sure u guys use the chicken ur suppose to which is the same one in the chicken grilled chicken salads. But yet u guys r using nasty cold pre chopped chicken like as if we don’t know what’s suppose to be going in our salad and we have never gotten it before. This time u went overboard and microwaved it this is disappointing. Especially because I’m pregnant and u guys keep doing this especially because I can only eat specific things due to everything making me severely sick and the smell of this chicken is bad. Just do ur job how hard is it ? U work fast food not a gourmet restaurant

I live near this place and decided to buy so as not to eat elsewhere. The service is incredibly rude, they are awful, especially the young lady who serves who thinks she is the owner of the business, serving the customers poorly and especially when one asks for a refund she feels like the owner, that was on the 21st at 7:20 pm. How do you allow these employed people to treat the server who comes to buy poorly or is it that the salary does not come from the people who come to eat to pay them. THE WORST SERVICE IN TREATMENT AND FOOD I HAD TO VOTE MY MONEY AND THE FOOD. You all vote for these people who provide poor service and serve reheated food. Again, if you ask for hot things they give it to you with grease and everything is terrible.

Smaller portions and not so friendly staff. I ordered 2 tacos and they were tiny. Also, more cars and people. A little uncomfortable to dine in. You have to park in a supermarket Parking lot to eat here. Unless you're handicapped. 👎👎👎. Come on. Better parking for travelers.

Every time I've gone the workers were rude. They also forget my teriyaki sauce when I order the bowl, this is the third time it has happened. I've return twice to tell them that they forgot my sauce and each time they get an attitude and refuse to give me my sauce until I press the issue more!

So I kept hearing about this smashed burger and I had to try being that I love burgers and to be honest I was soo disappointed, good thing I asked for some bbq sauce and that usually fixes anything lol so I had to use the trick to not waste the food but definitely not paying almost $15 for this combo again.. just take the drive to in&out people and thank me later

This is one of the only Jack in the box where I have experienced the same thing over and over for quite some time. You order, and the drive-thru person will tell you to stop and wait away from window, I kept driving till I got to window where she gave me attend asked me if I could back up cause they are short staff. I asked, "Should I just park in front ... she said No just back up. So I did then I asked her "So what's the reason for me to wait back there...she said oh cause the timer starts beeping and it won't stop. SMH that's fake Speed of Service!!! They are cheating the timer so it looks like they are getting orders out fast...quality of food wasn't the best for the $50 + I spent.
When im not feeling like cooking this is my go to love the jack tacos.

I would give this place 0 stars I found a spider/insect/maybe hair?/thread? in my taco. I was so hungry, haven’t eaten all day. Didn’t even touch the rest of what I ordered. Absolutely disgusting. I went today about 15 minutes ago, 7/9/24 at 10:41 pm. I am disgusted! I am so horrified that I was about to take a bite out of the taco but I always open it to put the taco sauce inside so GLAD I DID! This is so gross. Always check your food!
