Last week we stoped buy to get some dinner for our long drive. And the number 5 of there new ?double Jack with bacon was by far one of the best I had. It's worth those $15 if I say so myself.

On Christmas Day 11:30 came just to get a burger to soak up the liquor…. 3 men in this location, manger comes from behind counter with glovers on whipping shirt, the cook who’s cooking the food has no gloves on , sneezing while he’s cooking WITH NO GLOVES , walking to the freezer PICK UP RAW MEAT WITH HIS HANDS THE ONE COOKING ON CHRISTMAS NIGHT … very disgusting, unsanitary.. I ALSO RECORDED THE WHOLE THING I WANT TO SEE WHOS GONNA REACH OUT AND CONTACT ME CONCERNING THIS MATTER IM SO DISGUSTED.!

Only leaving one star because of the eggs on breakfast sandwiches. They HAVE to know the eggs are rotten right? Green/black eggs that smell like garbage is not what eggs are supposed to look/smell like. Have had this problem at another location on vinyard and holt. Not only is it disgusting, it’s a great way to give your customers food poisoning. Unsanitary and unsafe.

Service at location in El Sereno (90032) is the worst. I was ignored, discriminated, and I personally was assaulted by 2 of their employees at this location on November 6, of this year while on the clock after I was told to leave and manager was so disrespectful towards me and my party. I talked to them with respect and offered some advice yet they cut me off as I was speaking and even told them that they were doing a lousy job at customer service but the manager kept saying that he wasn't doing anything wrong called us fools and told us to pick up our mess (our food that we had on the table) and after all this down talking to me I lost my cumposure and they followed me outside and literally started beating me onthe ground. This was totally against manager protocol as I was in the restaurant management myself and know what we should do when we speak to a customer that is "always right".
