Store is open for another 10mins but employee says there are closed ? Is this accurate? Just turned off the lights as I posted this picture...

Its not a coincidence, my Son and Brother in law and I were waiting for ove 10 minutes for the young lady to help us, we asked her if she could take our order and not one answer from her, literally she just looked at us and was pulling things out of her personal purse, I mean I could understand if you need something personal as an emergency but come one she didn't want to take our order, after two times asking her to please help us she took it with an attitude, she has no education or manners, she doesn't talk at all, this happened just today at 9:35pm 07/06/2024 a young girl with an earing in her nose, management should pay more attention to the cameras, as she finished our orders she just put it all on the back side of the counter and processed to go and do her personal things, I am a loyal customer from Jamba Juice in Salt Lake City and S George Utah and boy those locations really know about customer service and and have manners, this girl looked all high and I mean it high like she smoked a joint, her appearance not good at all, I really don't really care of that but her attitude and customer service is beyond poor, I honest think she wasn't happy that we showed up 30 minutes before closing, but if that's the case? why do they have her there? and after reading all the other reviews it seems that you guys have a big problem and don't care about the people who keep you in business, just moved to Rancho Cucamonga and no way ill go back there....seriously you guys have to invest more time in educating that young girl with attitude, I am not sure if this is a franchise but BBB and corporate should know what's going on here, I really just don't want an email saying sorry, that girl gave us hard time and made my rest of the evening sour with her little smirk, I mean the reviews are out there and owner is not doing nothing, it just not fair for us that like your juices and my name is Giovanni

1 young female worker. Worst attitude ever. She really hates her job.

We get there and there was only ONE girl working she didn't even say hi, she acted like she didn't see us. We waiting 5 minutes and said she was gunna do something in the back. We just left. The attitude was bad
Closed at 9am? There was a worker there who looked at me and turned back around into the back of the building. I double checked the times posted on the door, and the website and they should have been open at 8 AM.

Wow. Jamba Corporate, you may want to step in here and help this owner out. Need to do an investigation from these reviews. There is clearly an issue here that needs to be rectified. During my visit, A worker had a meltdown and needs support. Shame on the owner who is operating this Jamba like this.

The girl that was working today omg !!! Nasty attitude, people kept coming in and she said “omg” if u don’t like your job go somewhere else ! She was the only one working there
Worst Jamba experience I’ve had. Stood at counter for nearly ten minutes (only guest there) and employee kept working on anything but the customer standing in front of her. I asked how much longer before id be able to place an order and she just ignored me. Sunday 2/18 @ 11am.Good luck

I got there at 7:30 after placing an online order to be picked up at 7:15. The store hours say 6:30, but when I got there they had yet to open so I knocked because the door was still locked and I saw an employee standing there (the one with bright red hair) and she rudely stuck up her finger saying "one minute". It's already an hour past opening but she comes to the door and sighs saying it's going to be 15 minutes before even greeting me then asks if I have a pick up order, I say yes and she says "what is it". I had modifications to my order but I didn't even bother telling her because she was so rude. I waited for my order way longer than the time when I ordered and didn't make a big deal. Then more customers come in and he's also waiting on his mobile order. He asked if he could switch something and she was like "sure" while she shook her head. Her attitude and timeliness was absolutely terrible. I placed the order in advance so I could make sure I got it in time before work. Not only was it passed the time I ordered it but she was also very rude. I'm very disappointed in my experience today.When I was leaving I spoke with the customers that came in and told me that they've called and emailed multiple times and NOTHING has been done. They said they've had multiple bad experiences with this person and she continues to be rude. Also I’ve tried calling and the number is disconnected so you can’t even call to talk to someone. Please do not come here!!! Save your money. If you’re coming because they open at 6:30 DON’t because chances are they won’t even be open for another hour. I called corporate and if this persists I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. They’ve been receiving bad reviews for years and it’s about time something happened.

Came in the morning wanting a bowl but didn’t have fresh fruit
"i asked the young lady to suggest a jamba drink, she came up with a mango drink that we both could not stop drinking until it was gone. the large was not big enough!(smile) it was delicious and the service was great"...e. tett
The smoothies are good
Went about a week ago and any employee handed me this. I asked if this was normal because I’ve been to several other Jamba locations nearby and this is severely less. The employee rudely replied yes. Won’t be coming here again.
