Service was good, very friendly and I was given my veteran discount without any hassle, I simply presented my ID , nice and easy.
Food wasn't as good as it usually is. The bread wasn't fully toasted and the #55 wasn't grilled long enough so the mushrooms were still cold, the cheese wasn't melted all the way. My sandwich was wrapped up and given to me without asking if I wanted any of the fresh cold veggies on it, which I did! I don't like to be difficult especially when theres a line of people so I let it go without causing an issue but it really bummed me out, and then that added to the cold mushrooms and over all condition of my sandwich It ruined the meal for me. I got a veteran discount in addition to another coupon that a lady in line gave me when she heard I was a veteran so I only paid $12 for the usually $22 giant, so I wasn't out to much money, but had i paid full price i would have been extremely upset.
This was a one off experience at this location though, ive been there 10×'s of times with the experiences overwhelmingly being very positive and 9/10's of the time id rate this store at a 5 star across the board, but we only get better when we learn from our mistakes and this past visit was a big let down.

I just walked out after not being greeted and the dirty look by the girl making the sandwiches at 1pm today and ot being asked what kind of bread I want. Treat everyone the same. That bad energy goes into the food.

Normally I go in the morning but today I went 1 hour before closing on 11/3/25. The morning crew is always great but tonight I walked in and a young man was flirting with some women and when I was next he seemed as if I was bothering him and did not want to be there . I asked for a #10 and told me they were all out and refused to make more with a terrible attitude. The morning staff is always great but don’t go here at night the young man should get a different job if he doesn’t want to do it.

The Manager, Abby, was amazing, helping my office arrange delivery for a work event and ensuring the process went smoothly. She helped with going over the catering menu.

Such wonderful people working and great subs. Even through the front sidewalk is under construction and looks like a lil eyesore they are still open. Hopefully they finish the construction soon, but besides that 5 🌟 all across the bored!!

Manny and Dominic were the team members making my sandwiches this week. I've been in several times to get 10+ sandwiches for a construction crew. Manny has been an exemplary example of someone who will succeed far beyond his current role. He is friendly, smart (I'm pretty sure he has a photographic memory), quick, and as chatty as you need him to be. Dominic was also very good at his job. Both gentlemen made my experience fantastic. Side note: whatever you pay Manny, is not enough.

First time going to a Jersey Mike’s and I love it! The nice worker Evanjelina gave me some great recommendations for a sub and they were delicious. Not too pricey and the store was very clean. Would definitely eat here again 👍

They are awesome. Not always on time with call-in orders and offer, no apologies. But the sandwich is great!!

I now go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga. Cleaner, brighter and welcoming.

I pick up caterings from here at this specific Jersey Mikes location for my gig job. If the Cilent asked for the sandwiches to be labeled for type of sandwich or by persons names, please label them that way. You guys keep labeling them by number. I already asked that you guys stop doing that but you guys insist everyone of knows what the heck that number means. They do not! And yes you guys actually told me all customers know what the number corresponds to multiple times. Not everyone has even been to a jersey mikes. Now that client I delivered to (Which was a 50 person order) will no longer order from jersey mikes anymore. This is the 3rd or 4th time this client has experienced that from this specific jersey mikes location and they were upset. What a way to lose a good paying client.

This place is clean, the food is great as usual and Ryan and Roxy were friendly and very professional. I'll be back!

I walked into this place today, and there were 4 people working. Not one person bothered to greet or say, "we'll be right with you," Nada. They took a few minutes to finally acknowledge us standing there. Then the girl proceeding to make my sandwich spilled the topping off the board where they make them and was watching to see if I noticed and asked if I wanted her to still put them back onto my sandwhich?! Um, no child, I told her absolutely not, they fell off where the food was made, therefore, that is unsanitary. Customer Service here needs a revamp and bad, better food service training and to clean the place up. USED to be my favorite place, but it's progressively going downhill.
