I will no longer be going to this Jersey Mike's because it has slowly been going downhill. The sandwiches and food are still good but the staff I have had to deal with is not very good. Last time I went in, there was one guy who was doing everything. He was able to keep up and was very overwhelmed and did a great job, but they guy in the back with the band aids on his ears who calls everyone "boss" is useless. All he did was stand in the back and hit on one of the woman who had just finished her shift. As he did that he left his fellow employee to deal with all the customers. Also, every time I go in now the counter top where they make sandwiches is always dirty. Always dirty. I will go to the one on Central from now on.

I came in for lunch the other day and I got a number 11, all I can say is oh boy! It was delicious!!! The girl behind the counter is a sandwich goddess I believe her name was destiny if I remember correctly and sorry if I’m wrong. She sliced and sprinkled my sandwich, man she can make one hell of a sandwich! I will definitely be returning soon and hoping she’s there again!

The sandwich was dry, very little if any oil and vinegar, had little ham and the provolone was sliced so thin you couldn't taste it. Disgusting. I took a few bites and threw it out.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for myself and my coworkers. When we got back the office, one of the sandwiches in the order was incorrect. Tried calling the location almost 30 times and no one is picking up. The one time they did pick up the phone, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Still no response on their end.

Came in my lunch break and there was a line. No big deal. I place my order for 2 sandwiches, asked for wheat bread for 1 and white for the other. The young lady responds back to me with "ok White is fine", I asked for what. She then tells me " it's because I have to go to the back to get it"! So I say whatever white is fine. Now I have a gentleman making my sandwich and I told him mikes way for 1 sandwich and no tomatoes on the the other. Now I don't know what the requirements are to work here but I'm sure " listening skills" Is one of them. I had a dry sandwich and it wasn't even mikes way, no wheat bread because the young lady was too lady to walk a few steps to the back! That's not all. I go to pay and the young lady gives me my total. I ask to enter my number for shore points to see if I have points towards anything. She rolls her eyes and says, " ugh it's because I need to log in". She calls someone and they scan a badge or whatever. I then enter my number. Her responded to me was " You don't have enough points do you have to pay for 2 sandwiches"!Management really needs to look into their staffing choice and get some more delighted people to work there. I wouldn't recommend this location to no one because of the service! I will drive a lil further out instead of going here.
