The sandwiches are sooo good! The outstanding quality they had was the freshness of the ingredients. Much better than Subway. I’m going back!

I recently visited Jersey Mike's at the New Haven Marketplace in Ontario Ranch and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. A big shout out to AnnMarie for being so persistent and very helpful, especially when she caters our safety meetings for 40+ drivers. Her dedication and assistance make every experience fantastic. Highly recommend this location for great service and tasty subs!

Gross. Sandwich was basically just a pile of soggy bread and bits of chicken with no flavor. Didn’t even get to choose any veggies because they just threw it in a bag and already had me rang up and ready for me to pay. I was still standing in front of the veggies waiting to choose. Food was absolutely disgusting. I can’t even imagine why anyone would want to eat here.

We like JMs. Some stores are better than others. This one is a good one.It is fast food. So I save my 5 stars for restaurants. A 5 for a fast food place.

I just went to the Ontario Ranch location, I love Jersey Mike's it's my favorite sandwich place but unfortunately I won't be going back to this location, first off the young man and young woman that helped me weren't very friendly, it took them about 10 minutes to acknowledge me, horrible customer service skills! Then when I walked out the Door I heard the rude young man yell WOW!! At me I should of said Wow back at your horrible customer service!! It's like do your job or get another one. Very Dissatisfied.

Ordered online..came in 5 mins after the estimated pick up time and nothing was ready...my sandwiches weren't even started until 7 mins later when I finally asked if my sandwiches would be made today...Girl was rude...
