Gross. Sandwich was basically just a pile of soggy bread and bits of chicken with no flavor. Didn’t even get to choose any veggies because they just threw it in a bag and already had me rang up and ready for me to pay. I was still standing in front of the veggies waiting to choose. Food was absolutely disgusting. I can’t even imagine why anyone would want to eat here.

Very clean restaurant, fast service.. Had my phone order ready to go when I got there, I was greeted with excellent customer service by Jay and her fellow coworkers.Jay went above and beyond to ensure that I had every sub to the designated person. greatly appreciate it. she helped out a lot.:)

Jersey Mike's, your employees DO NOT make tipping wages. Can we stop forcing tipping upon us? This is not a restaurant, where employees rely on tips as part of their wage. This should be illegal to force upon tipping on credit card purchases, or even to have ugly generic tip jars in our faces when we purchase our food. It looks ugly and it's very tacky. Frankly the place looks like a dump to have in our faces used plastic pickle or mayonnaise jars with tip's written all over it. 14 bucks with tip I didn't know I was tipping for a carryout sub that use to cost under 10 bucks. Hey I'm all for people who want to tip they can be aloud to do so, if they want. However it's NEVER ok to make you feel FORCED to tip. It's wrong!

I just went to the Ontario Ranch location, I love Jersey Mike's it's my favorite sandwich place but unfortunately I won't be going back to this location, first off the young man and young woman that helped me weren't very friendly, it took them about 10 minutes to acknowledge me, horrible customer service skills! Then when I walked out the Door I heard the rude young man yell WOW!! At me I should of said Wow back at your horrible customer service!! It's like do your job or get another one. Very Dissatisfied.

Ordered online..came in 5 mins after the estimated pick up time and nothing was ready...my sandwiches weren't even started until 7 mins later when I finally asked if my sandwiches would be made today...Girl was rude...

The girl manger is so rude. Whom ever owns this place needs to train their employees on good customer service. Also don’t make my sandwich with dirty gloves. It’s not hard to put down my sandwich wrapper first if your counters are filthy. Don’t place my sandwich on a dirty countertop. Will not be back to this location, especially cause I know there is one right down the road on Limonite and Hamner. Also firehouse sandwiches up Archibald. Subway also on limonite. With the competition so close you would think this place would want to stand out. This place needs new management.

Where do I begin. The management, and team at this location are superb. I do a lot of lunch and learn meetings with Customers in the Construction Industry and the make all my catering boxes and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and fresh. Big thank you to Ann Marie and Jay

It was my first time at a Jersey mikes and the staff made it a great experience! My mom and I ordered a tuna sandwich and a Philly sandwich, both were delicious. This location has great customer service! Would recommend!!!
