That's absolutely how you treat customers!!!I usually go here 3 times a week but I'll take the advice and take my business elsewhere and I'll tell anyone I know the same. Thank you

I think the staff don't give a damn about their job and the food they serve. I ordered fish and chips and the dinner roll has molds in it. I'm not going back to this place, freaking dirty.

I used to really enjoy eating here, but recently I’ve had three separate experiences where my order was both incomplete and incorrect. How can a simple plain cheese quesadilla combo be messed up three times in a row? It’s frustrating. I think the issue may be due to the outdated intercom system and communication barriers with staff, but something definitely needs improvement. Also, not having their voicemail system set up is completely unprofessional — it makes it impossible to reach anyone to fix these issues.

Would not eat there again was a little sketchy about eating my food that I bought from there. The cook has no gloves on and then he goes and touches his hat throws. The patties on the grill didn’t even wash his hands. Yeah not going back there again totally forgot about keeping an eye on the cook when they don’t wear gloves, I don’t buy from that place.

I visited jims hamburger restaurant on memorial day ..I ordered 2 cheeseburger combos.I was enjoying the cheese burger, but as soon as a 1-2 minutes my stomach felt blowed it and sooner than later pain &Gas I'm not sure if they used imitation cheese or poor hamburger patty meat,but it has been years when a burger kicks like mule after..I do not enjoy posting bad reviews but Good quality of food is a must in a restaurant that collect hard earn money from me and you Same as Service .

I eat there everyday before work and their food is amazing and the girls working there in the afternoon are also very nice and courteous. I would recommend all their food from breakfast to diner. Thanks guys and gals.
