They are not open, apparently they closed down a month or two ago and they are are taking online orders but no way to get inside and when you call the phone number it is disconnected. I called the one in Victoria gardens and they said this one is shut down and was under a different management

Wow, who didn't see this coming? This location was in the worst spot of the entire mall. And who the hell was gonna pay $20 for a hamburger? You had cheap Carl's Jr. within walking distance and even nasty a** Burger King was in the godawful Food Court. Vaya con dios, "craft burger bar" concept restaurant!

If you love Burgers then Johnny Rockets is the place to be in my opinion and believe me I tried a lot of places as Burger lover! I recommend the Double versions of all their Burgers, the sides are just the typical but absolutely OK and if you like chicken then go for their chicken crispers as they‘re great too. When ever I enter or leave Jakarta I make myself time to do a visit at their JR restaurant there as in Jakarta there is only one other JR left at the Sahid Sudirman Center (Office Building) because the others in the popular malls closed some time ago.

We ordered burgers and fries and Hershey's chocolate milkshakes. The burgers were great but the milkshakes were sensational. We went back the next day to get another. There was plenty of room in the restaurant and good service. It was clean, neat and tidy and not too noisy. We enjoyed pleasant meal.

I'm doing this review from the lot of fudruckers wear I wasn't profiled. And currently have the sexiest burger of 2019. I came into here and I was straight up profiled, lied to and then the person abruptly left after it. I was basically denied service. You have takeout and delivery, but when I asked for a to go menu. Your person was like "No we don't have any, sorry bout that" and walked off. WTH!! This was the hostess...

Well I was looking for a delicious juicy American style burger in Johnny Rockets sure delivered they were a little slow at first because they were busy though but the food was banging and I had a side salad rather than fries and it was delicious my server Kayla and the hostess Terre We're awesome and definitely on there job I'll be coming back to this one

First time eating here, I had a long drive and stopped in. Was seated immediately and ordered fast... But the food never came out. 30 minutes later the kind hostess said to me I feel like you've been waiting here a while let me check on your order. She brought me a plate but burger and fries were cold. She instantly brought fresh hot fries and a manager whom said he was taking care of the meal. I was starving and ate the triple cheese burger anyway and it still kinda good. My purpose of this review is to not shame the horrible waitress (that's a whole nether situation) It is to compliment Tegan the girl should move up fast because she took it upon herself to take care of me waaaayyyyyyy better that the waitress!! Thank you Tegan so very much for being wonderful you!!! BTW Henry was also a very attentive employee who smiled and greeted people and maintained the restaurants cleanliness!

The service here was great! I forgot the server's name but he was very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting plenty of fries. The chili cheese fries and cheese fries were crispy and savory with the perfect amount of cheese in each. The bacon and cheese tator tots had plenty of crispy bacon and the tots were crispy. I'd definitely recommend the chili cheese fries and bacon cheddar tots. We also had the Smoke House burger. It has bacon, cheddar, and bbq sauce. You have the option of making it a single or double. I was a little disappointed with this one. The description reads: "Thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon, crispy sourdough onion rings, Wisconsin Cheddar cheese & our special recipe Smoke House BBQ Ranch." It only had one piece of bacon folded into a V (not very thick either) so it looks like two and only one onion ring. The soda there is good but if you add a flavor shot (0.69), that's $4 a soda. Would come again but for the fries.

the price is enough to draw you in alone great price the kids food is not like little toy plastic food it's the real deal it smelled delicious and my kids really enjoyed it the entire experience was so fun for my kids to be in the high boost counter with the 50s and 60s field the decor was exquisite and the customer service was plentiful definitely would go back multiple times very clean environment not too crowded to be in the mall but everyone was enjoying themselves definitely a go to more than once
