We bought spaghetti yesterday November 16, 2025 for my husband's birthday. It doesn't have enough sauce. We are hoping next time that we'll get enough spaghetti sauce to enjoy our favorite fast food.

The worst Jollibee I've been in, I ordered the drinks and the cups are sticky and overflows when I picked it up. Last time here the chicken was raw and the manager kept on giving attitude.

Alma, Angel, and Rachelle gave excellent customer service. There was an error in the app or software which rejected our order, only 5 minutes before pickup. Even though this was not their fault, they ensured that I was able to get some spicy chicken before they ran out. I had to remake the order and stand in line, which was alright by me. But I'm so grateful they went that extra mile because they were almost sold out at that point in the evening. Thank you!

This popular chicken spot found it's storefront in Ontario Mills! The restaurant is in quite a random area of the mall, not quite near the food court or the other sit down resturaunts but it works. We got to the mall later ended up in line at around 750pm on a Saturday, and it was still bumpin. A line outside the door with maybe 8 people ahead of us. We had to wait 40 minutes before getting our order in- and another 25 for our food. For a fast food restaurant- that doesn't seem like a time stamp to brag about. The 1 person taking the orders was slow- the 2 people bagging orders seemed more interested in conversing than getting the orders out. Fries were stale- but atleast the chicken was up to standard. The tables were not maintained but the staff did make sure to keep the floors tidy. This was NY first time trying their ube pie- and it's a MUSTA TRY!

My wife has been telling me about her memories of Jollibee from the Philippines and Hawaii for years, so it was great to finally check one out here in SoCal. The food, staff and environment was great! The spaghetti was very unique, and I love the gravy. I'd also recommend the Adobo rice.
