Horrible Horrible Horrible... Bought the Family pack today, we got home and the Chicken was over cooked and burnt like it was days old. There was not much meat on it that we could eat most of it was hard and disgusting. I am still having a hard time believing that they really thought they could sell that to someone , I wouldnt even feed that to a dog. Also their potato salad was beyond salty. So sad, really enjoyed coming here with my family but lately it's been disappointing. Time to find a different JP that takes pride in what they serve. If you plan on going to this location and are planning on doing take out check your chicken before leaving to make sure you don't get an old over cooked seared chicken.

I can't say enough about the amazing catering experience we had for our wedding on 2/15/25! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our day extra special. I placed the order with Grace, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so enthusiastic and personal in her approach, sharing that she was celebrating over 40 years of marriage herself, which made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.
Grace took the time to truly personalize our order, making sure every detail was perfect for our big day. While she wasn’t there to meet us when we picked up the order, she ensured everything was set up beautifully. She promised to prepare a stunning salad and to make sure the rotisserie chicken and all the sides were fresh and delicious—and she delivered on all fronts!
The rotisserie chicken was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The salad was beautifully presented, and the entire meal was a hit with our guests. Everything tasted just as we had hoped, and the care and effort put in by Grace and her team were evident in every bite.
I’m so grateful for Grace and the entire staff for their hard work in making our wedding day even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future events and highly recommend their catering services to anyone looking for a delicious and personalized experience. This Juan Pollo gives other places a bad name. The staff is terrible and so is the food. Chicken tastes old and way over salted. The people that work here just throw your food together without any care.

I drove to the further location because it's supposed to be the better one unfortunately I for some reason ended up with more cabbage than lettuce in my salad I don't know who made the salad but I asked them if it had to have cabbage because I don't really care for it they said it did and I was fine with that I don't understand why it looked like there was a huge pile of cabbage on top of my salad almost like it was deliberately put on top and the whole salad is mostly cabbage and shredded carrots where's the lettuce bagged cheese on it instead of the fresh cheese I usually get very disappointed this time

Been enjoying Juan Pollo tacos for over 2 decades now and they're consistency has been at 100%. At this location however, I was treated as a person not just a customer. After making my order, the gal at the register did some quick math in her head and suggested a particular combo that not only added a drink but saved me $3. There was no tip jar but I insisted on learning one, when you visit encourage them to put out a tip jar, they deserve it in my book.
