I don't know what was wrong with your cashier.And your other worker, there were three of us that went in too order.We both got attitudes for no reason.Didn't give me eye contact with your attitude.Just staring at the register as you rang up.My order. At first I thought I was overreacting, and then my other friend felt the same way you younger generation forget you're at work customer service should come first. Attitude for no reason is weird.Maybe you should look for another job. Customer service is not for you.

Ok so I love the chicken here but the rice is dry and the beans have no flavor. The workers make you feel very uncomfortable by not having a good attitude but instead a negative one…. I don’t appreciate every time I come they are rude. They need to hire new workers.

Last minute when we had our big order canceled the morning of our memorial from El Pollo Loco. Bad customer service! So I ran to Juan Pollo and they took care of us 100%. Shredded chicken, beans & rice. Thank you ladies for helping us out! Would have given 5 stars but the shredded chicken can use some of the chicken juice, very dry. It would be so tasty if the added chicken juice. Try it. Helena & Steve Lewis

Horrible Horrible Horrible... Bought the Family pack today, we got home and the Chicken was over cooked and burnt like it was days old. There was not much meat on it that we could eat most of it was hard and disgusting. I am still having a hard time believing that they really thought they could sell that to someone , I wouldnt even feed that to a dog. Also their potato salad was beyond salty. So sad, really enjoyed coming here with my family but lately it's been disappointing. Time to find a different JP that takes pride in what they serve. If you plan on going to this location and are planning on doing take out check your chicken before leaving to make sure you don't get an old over cooked seared chicken.
