Bad customer service. All the employees seems they don’t want to work there.I asked for plated. By accident the employee drop the plates and she just picked them up and remove the one that hit the floor and gave them to me. I ask for forks and it’s seems that she was bother Bad customer service

This location was preferable because of available parking although further from my house ?. I did get home without any salsa although I did request it. ?
The chicken flavor is very good but it is the 3rd time that we have HAIRS on the chicken today, precisely, I bought it today March 01, 2024 and a large hair came out tangled in the breast, it made us very disgusted and we decided to throw it away

Very fast order and delivery process. Ordered takeout was made fresh to order. Good portion sizes, are able to upgrade any side to any size. Chicken is juicy and good. Just make sure the chicken isn’t burnt.Parking: Big spots very good lighting plenty of roomWheelchair accessibility: Ada Access to the order kiosk and also the dining area

The beautiful girl but they kind of angry I don't know
Stopped by this location haven’t been here for over 15 years . Not the same at all . Upon walking in the girl at the register with the fake eyelashes is unpleasant and unwelcoming like it’s bothering her to work . Ordered the mini family meal . The chicken is super dry the potato salad taste is off and the rice is over cooked and has chicken bits in it . The only smile I got was from the cook chopping the chicken. lol won’t be coming back here

Every time I want a good Rotisserie chicken I go to the original Juan Pollo in Ontario, their chicken and Rice are the best, for some reason Juan pollo downtown Upland doesn't taste the same especially the rice.

DONT COME HERE. Arrived @7:20 Saturday 25th, closing said @9. I was not able to go in the restrooms nor sit INSIDE. Ended up sitting outside in the cold to eat with my family & my 2 year old.Cashier was a girl along with another bigger girl & one guy was also seen but did not LIKE the service what so ever. Aside from this two other cars had came to eat but sadly they already closed down the doors. THIS IS NOT OKAY. I hope the main boss/ owner sees this and makes a change in this restaurant & location or does something with the RUDE workers & closing times. If you think about it the location literally lost profit with the last clientele that tried eating.
