This has to be the rudest Juan Pollo I've ever been to time and time again I keep giving them chances cuz I live nearby but I'd rather drive to another location. They seem rude and not accommodating on simple things that other restaurants have no problem on doing. And the way they make their food is totally different than other restaurants. They could care less. Every time I ask a question it seems I'm bothering them. It's horrible I'm done I'm over it

This location USED TO BE EXCELLENT. They totally ruined the potato salad by adding shopped BLACK OLIVES and taking excessive time to have orders out.. Why modify the salad recipe???? I won’t go back to this location if they don’t do back to the ORIGINAL RECIPES

Videos from the phone a takeaway service of a complete chicken when I get home and I want to eat the thigh and the extramulo turns out that the extramulo is missing the extramulo of the next chicken, that is, you are charging me for a complete chicken when parts are missing or what do you think people are so naive that they don't know what a complete chicken is when they get home. thieves

The staff is second to none. Great people. Fast service. They even made a necklace out of cooked chicken drum sticks for my birth day. I dont know how they knew the date of mybirth. Plus a necklace made from tasty chicken drumsticks smells good and is handy AF. Sure folks stare but thats because they like tasty chickens. So if you are in the mood for finger lickin' go see john chicken.

I’ve always loved Juan Pollo and was excited to return after some time. However, my recent experience left me a bit disappointed. The quality of the chicken seemed to have diminished—either that or I simply received a particularly dry piece.
I also observed the employee handling the potato salad out in the open. While I understand that they have a lot on their plate, the large tub of potato salad looked like it was exposed to potentially warm conditions, which raised some concerns about freshness. I've never noticed the potato salad spoiling so quickly before.
Despite these setbacks, I genuinely want to give Juan Pollo another chance. I’m hopeful that my next visit will restore my faith in this beloved spot. Stay tuned for an updated review!
