This place habe bad customer service i call to place a order and I when to pick up my order ir was not ready all what they said we lost your order u call and talk to the manager and I explained to him I habe been a juan pollo for year and this is the second time it happen all what he responded was I will your order ready. And still was ready the place is bad and they hire more top magament and employees all the are in there and rud. I don't recommend this place

I live near that place every time I go there is an employee who thinks she is the owner she speaks badly to the buyers I have had several disagreements with her she is a brunette Latina with long hair maybe she has worked there for a while and thinks she is the boss but she should not mistreat those who buy I live in ARCHIBALD it is a walking distance to me and I go to another place so I don't have to see this chick it is so much that when I arrive it is closed to eat at 7:40 pm when they close at 9:00 pm and by the way she does the evil with the one who cuts the chicken and they give me the smallest pieces I HATE THIS GIRL AND I HAVE GONE TO COMPLAIN AT ANOTHER JUAN POLLO AND IT IS A DIFFERENT OWNER I DON'T KNOW IF THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE THAT THEY MISTREAT THE CUSTOMERS AND IT HAS EVEN HAPPENED WITH MY NEIGHBORS IF I WERE HIM I WOULD GET OUT OF THESE GIRL.

This has to be the rudest Juan Pollo I've ever been to time and time again I keep giving them chances cuz I live nearby but I'd rather drive to another location. They seem rude and not accommodating on simple things that other restaurants have no problem on doing. And the way they make their food is totally different than other restaurants. They could care less. Every time I ask a question it seems I'm bothering them. It's horrible I'm done I'm over it

This location USED TO BE EXCELLENT. They totally ruined the potato salad by adding shopped BLACK OLIVES and taking excessive time to have orders out.. Why modify the salad recipe???? I won’t go back to this location if they don’t do back to the ORIGINAL RECIPES

They skipped my order number and 20 minutes later. I finally got my Food after bringing it to their attention, the staff was rude and unapologetic. Definitely not what I expected or, I am accustomed to from here
