Juice It Up!

I went to Juice It Up today and had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Ashley. When I walked up to the counter, there was no greeting or smile—just attitude. She asked what I wanted, and when I asked for a moment to decide, she walked toward the back and never returned to the counter.

Another employee eventually looked up and asked if I was ready to order, and I said yes. Ashley then came back out, asked what my drink was, and began making it. While preparing my order, she was aggressively opening and slamming the fridge doors, which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary.

I asked for her name and waited for my drink and waffle. I was on my phone texting, and when I looked up, my drink had already been placed on the counter without any mention that my order was ready. She then set my waffle next to the drink without saying a word.

I come to this location occasionally and have never been treated this way. The staff is usually friendly and greets customers with a smile. This experience was unpleasant to say the least. Ashley needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment if she is going to be serving paying customers.

Great juices love to come here with the fam they have great choices for the whole family juices on are point good healthy drink!

I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but when I am craving Fresh juice or açai bowl I will drive all the way to Juice It Up Ontario of Mountain. Definitely the best no substitute.

I only came for the nostalgia, the flavors are the same they were 15yrs ago. The prices went way up. It's alright.

I wish I can put a zero I came in for a good smoothie that I been loving for 26 years all I know is smoothie especially on Saturday morning with classic bagel with cream cheese. I had plastic in my drink 🤯 I couldn’t believe it smh 🤦 please juice up change before we never come again

Ashley and Nup are sweetest I came in on an early morning. I probably was the first customer and I had the most difficult order. I genuinely didn’t know what I wanted because this was just a pregnancy craving of mine. I didn’t anticipate them to fulfill my every wish but they did.
Ashley was super patient and kind and helpful. She was very informative and understanding when it came to helping me I’ll be back soon for how patient they were when it came to my order!

This is the worst Juice it Up that I have dealt with. The juices are good, but the employees could be better trained. They need decent customer service. I went today at 7:35, and they refused to provide me with service because the incompetent and lazy employee told me that the juicer machine was "clean" and they could not make any more juices. Why the hell do you close at eight, if you are negligent/careless and stop service almost 30 minutes before close times? It makes no sense!!! This is not the first time I have dealt with the incompetency and rudeness of the employees here. They even dare to argue with me before, when they are the ones who made the mistake. This is wrong in so many levels. It is very shameful because the business concept is good, but their services are the worst. I will never spend a penny here again. I don't have time to deal with their BS. The Worst!!!!!!!!!
