I usually come here when I get off of work around 7:30 to 7:45 pm. i've been turned away at 7:45 pm because "they are taking no more orders"which sucks because the place obviously closes at 8 PM but today they reached the new low got here at 7:30 pm and they were already closing up. and refused to take my order when I asked if they close at 8 PM they said yes, but they were done taking orders. I understand these kids want to go home early, but the owner should really consider changing their hours of operation.

Great smoothies, quick service, the inside is okay as well. Overall I'd come back here again! Next time will try the juices and the acai :)

I'm not sure why I paid 23.00 for these to items. The drink was good but the dragon fruit bowl not to good it's still sitting in my freezer.

Very poor service. The lady working at 1:35 p.m. today didn't even prompt me correctly it was really rude. I asked if everything was OK before I ordered. She said we're all kind of tired mind you I was unsure about what balls they had and asked her. She just pointed at the board and said what we have up there as what we have :( I know it s retrograde but if your tired just stay home smh i don't mean to fib but if I'm paying 12-15$ I expect the service to at least be feasible after ordering the regular açai bowl by then discovered after the order that there's a whole board on the other side of the restaurant that has a list of options for the bowl. I wanted :( I usually have a good uplifting experience with juice it up I guess I picked the wrong location this time

Every single time I come into this location, everyone is ALWAYS and I do mean "ALWAYS" nice and pleasant, very welcoming and always with a smile. My smoothie is made just how I like it. I wish I could say the same thing for the store on Milliken and 4th in Rancho Cucamonga. Kudos to this location manager for hiring the right people. It definitely makes a difference.
