Great HaloHalo! I really enjoyed it even after I received it through delivery. Came in a large cup with all the good mixings and layers of shaved ice, milk (your choice of 2% or oat), various sweetened beans, jellys, tapioca pearls, fruits and topped off with a scoop of ube ice cream.

Chicken adobo bomb has a flaky crust similar to a croissant on the outside filled with shredded chicken seasoned as adobo. It wasn’t bad. I enjoyed this flavored bomb better than the corned beef bomb.

Corned beef bomb is the same crust as above. The inside is just corn beef and potatoes. I found the corned beef to be lacking flavor and it just tasted plain overall. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either? It was just meh.

I really enjoyed their crinkle cookies. I order strawberry and lemon. It was bigger than I thought they would be. I loved how the cookie was crispy on the outside and very fluffy in the middle. It was super good coated with powdered sugar.

I was excited to try their guava strudel as I love the guava rolls from Portos. These ones from Kape were amazing. I love that they sprinkle sugar on top of the crust to give it a bit more crunch.

Ube cupcake with the flan on top wasn’t quite hitting for me. The cupcake itself was really dry and the flan is not flan without the caramel sauce. You can taste the ube, but the cupcake itself received was really dry.

Checked out this place for the first time today and will be returning! The lady that was working was kind, hard working, sweet and even gave us some of her recommendations because we were indecisive. Although the service was a bit slow because she was the only one working, she was apologetic to everyone and made sure people left happy (good customer service). I chose the mango shake (DELICIOUS). It was so nice on a hot day. 24oz for $6.50, isn't that bad. Also had a few pastries, which I already forgot the names, but one was the ube cookie and other was a cream filled pastry which were so good.

Love this bakery. Everything is so tasty **updating review because the last 3-4x I’ve ordered from here, they forget items.

I do still love their food and pastries because they’re delicious but something has to be done about the way orders are packed. The last few times I’ve ordered food either via DoorDash or in person I’m missing items. They’ve always given me a refund for it but one time I’d like to have my order fully completed instead. One time I was there in person waiting for my order and I saw them give my order to another person and I knew it was mine because it had everything I ordered and I waited for another 10 min thinking that maybe I was wrong and they were packing my stuff still. However, that wasn’t the case, I had to speak to someone and they realized that they did give my order away. The girl that gave my order away didn’t apologize but someone else did and she repacked my order. This used to be a 5 star place for me.

Ube danish was my fav. Cheesecake was very good . Not super sweet. Brownie was very creamy.

Filipino/American Cafe. It’s a cute cafe. It’s a small one so not very many tables. It looks like they focus on desserts and fusion pastries. My favorite Ube & Buko pandan crinkle cookies and Buko Pandan cupcakes. They were sweet just how I like them. The price is standard. I thought the price was good considering the area we were in.

Service was fast and friendly. We ordered to go and we were out of there within minutes. If you like Filipino desserts I’d say this is one to check out.

We wanted to love this place but it just wasn't it . No greeting at all once you walk in , no help with the menu when we were indecisive( there was NO ONE else in there with us ) we order the ube cheesecake which was 10/10 BUT the drinks lacked so much flavor and sweetness . I got the avocado shake and my husband got an ube shake ... it tasted watered down. When we were there another worker walked in ... no acknowledgement again , just went straight to the back. I wish them the best of luck but we won't be returning.

Stopped by Kape Republik for a Filipino dessert fix and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Kakase (a Spanish Latte with condensed milk) and a Halo-Halo. Both were delicious and totally hit the spot — sweet, satisfying, and full of flavor.

The place is small and cozy with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving Filipino treats. I’ll be back for more!
