I visited this place on 9/5/25. I asked for the bourbon chicken bowl with noodles. I asked if I could have some cabbage on top. The rude lady dishing out the food adrubtly said “NO”. I thought about leaving it all right there but due to the fact I drove all the way there from Rialto I took it with a grain of salt. Wish I had gotten her name. She need customer service 101.

The food is decent, but the staff has a pushy upselling approach. I ordered the #1 meal (bourbon chicken), but they kept suggesting add-ons that weren’t part of it. I had to repeatedly ask what was actually included just to avoid being upsold. Felt more like haggling than ordering lunch, definitely not a great experience. I’d avoid if you don’t want that kind of pressure.

It’s nasty Chinese food , we all got stomach ache after eating the food from Kelly's Cajun Grill. We will never go back there again . It’s horrible 🤮

Kelly’s Cajun Grill is absolute fire! The bourbon chicken is melt-in-your-mouth magic—sweet, smoky, and so addictive it should come with a warning label. Every bite explodes with flavor, the portions are massive, and the food is always hot, fresh, and straight-up irresistible. If you’re not eating Kelly’s, you’re seriously missing out. This place is a flavor bomb waiting to bless your taste buds!

This is definitely one of my go-to spots for healthy food when I'm in a rush. When it comes to bang for your buck, this place is unmatched. I can get extra rice and extra chicken for a fraction of the price compared to other places. The chicken is always fresh since they Grill it right in front of you. Highly recommend if you're someone who is looking to eat healthy on a budget.

The manager or supposed one because she refused to give her name is beyond rude. I ordered my usual order that I have been getting since the day they opened Chiken bowl extra sause offered to pay extra. When my bowl got to the girl didhing out the meat her she refused and said I had to take cold congealed one. Once I asked if I should just cancel she started yelling at me. I tried to ask her name she refused and kept yelling. The poor workers looked scared. She refused to let me talk to anyone just yelling at the top of her lungs get out of here im calling security. I was already 15 feet away from the booth but she kept yelling. I am 57 year old grandmother and have never been treated so horribly. Great management! Lets throw away 3 meals because your employee is in a bad mood.

My choice was the bourbon chicken and the chicken is well seasoned with a super tasty, slightly sweet sauce (very light indeed). For the accompaniment I chose spicy rice but it was very calm and the pasta was very tasty. They put out A LOT of food, I couldn't eat it all alone even though I asked her not to eat too much. The food is super hot and has a lot of turnover so it comes out very quickly and they are replenishing it all the time. If you don't like well-seasoned food, don't come, but if you want to try something striking in flavors, it's a good option.
