Food quality is just similar to any Chinese fast food restaurant, like Panda Express. But price for 2 entrees and side(s) turns out to be $17. Bad customer service makes me even more uncomfortable. I asked how much is it if I choose two items. The staff just keep telling me “you can choose two, you can choose two”, instead of answering my question. Then another Chinese staff come and use Chinese to ask me in a very rudely and impatiently tone “what do you want?!”. I hate myself that I spent money here. I wish I can give this restaurant 0 start if I can.

I visited this place on 9/5/25. I asked for the bourbon chicken bowl with noodles. I asked if I could have some cabbage on top. The rude lady dishing out the food adrubtly said “NO”. I thought about leaving it all right there but due to the fact I drove all the way there from Rialto I took it with a grain of salt. Wish I had gotten her name. She need customer service 101.

The food is decent, but the staff has a pushy upselling approach. I ordered the #1 meal (bourbon chicken), but they kept suggesting add-ons that weren’t part of it. I had to repeatedly ask what was actually included just to avoid being upsold. Felt more like haggling than ordering lunch, definitely not a great experience. I’d avoid if you don’t want that kind of pressure.

It’s nasty Chinese food , we all got stomach ache after eating the food from Kelly's Cajun Grill. We will never go back there again . It’s horrible 🤮
Kelly’s Cajun Grill is absolute fire! The bourbon chicken is melt-in-your-mouth magic—sweet, smoky, and so addictive it should come with a warning label. Every bite explodes with flavor, the portions are massive, and the food is always hot, fresh, and straight-up irresistible. If you’re not eating Kelly’s, you’re seriously missing out. This place is a flavor bomb waiting to bless your taste buds!

This is definitely one of my go-to spots for healthy food when I'm in a rush. When it comes to bang for your buck, this place is unmatched. I can get extra rice and extra chicken for a fraction of the price compared to other places. The chicken is always fresh since they Grill it right in front of you. Highly recommend if you're someone who is looking to eat healthy on a budget.
