I only crave their coleslaw about once a year, so last night was the night. I bought their 14-piece with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. I get home, and lol, no freakin' coleslaw, instead, macaroni and cheese. The hubby had dinner and the rest of the chicken was shredded for our dog to have for a few meals. I had soup. Yes, I did call and complain. I was not driving back for coleslaw. People need to be trained to read and double-check an order. Lesson learned I will buy the coleslaw only at KFC so I know I got it and go buy fried chicken at Stater Bros.

Ordered online to get the free 3 piece Tender box after spending $10. The free 3 piece magically disappeared from my order after I completed payment. The employees were of no help at all and acted as if they had no idea about any promotions. To make matters worse the food I did get ended up giving me food poisoning and I was vomiting all morning the following day.

3:40-3:50pm Thursday Woman on drive thru with glasses had a huge attitude. Shaking her head at me as if asking for sauce I asked for was a huge deal. Her attitude was confusing. Your on drive thru with no customers, and you have someone else proceed to give me sauces you forgot because you didn’t want too and continue to shake your head at me while I’m right there in front of you as if I couldn’t see you or if I’m the issue for being polite when asking for the things I didn’t receive. Sucks when you have to go through places with a worker like this. If others are being polite with you, you should try and reciprocate that same energy. Not like it will entirely manner the problem wasn’t the food it was the woman’s service. She probably won’t get in trouble. But this is better than not saying anything at all. So she can be aware of the energy she’s giving out.
I placed a order and it said my order was ready for pickup at 1:15 I didn't get my order to about 1:38 the chicken sandwiches was fresh the french fries were nasty and cold the mashed potatoes no flavor cold co gravy and the 10 Peace nuggets hard cold the GIRLS that we're working there were rude had attitude all of them overall I'm very disappointed with my meal I would no recommend this location I also recommend they should get new staff!!
I frequently patronize this location and this time as hard as my biscuits were i was disappointed because i love them with butter and honey I don’t understand why would they serve them! I even made a video to show the were so hard they were

Horrible service, I wanted to pay in cash and they don't have change, the employees don't help you, they are on the phone talking, I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me that they don't have change.
