extremly old chicken was served and they have no sense of social politeness, or how to treat their customers when I mentioned that the chicken has a weird smell, the store manager I don't know what's her name did not care and did not want to fix it you can tell by this how disastrous of a restaurant this is

This is not the first time I was ignored at this restaurant. With 3 other customers in the dining room waiting to be served and only one car in the drive thru, two employees standing around taking and ignoring us in the dining room. This was the last time I will be going to that particular store due to the service.

I only crave their coleslaw about once a year, so last night was the night. I bought their 14-piece with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. I get home, and lol, no freakin' coleslaw, instead, macaroni and cheese. The hubby had dinner and the rest of the chicken was shredded for our dog to have for a few meals. I had soup. Yes, I did call and complain. I was not driving back for coleslaw. People need to be trained to read and double-check an order. Lesson learned I will buy the coleslaw only at KFC so I know I got it and go buy fried chicken at Stater Bros.
