Today i stopped in for dinner and ordered the 14pc dinner. While waiting for my food I got wet paper towels from the restroom with soap on them and had to clean the table of greasy smears and left behind crumbs of chicken. When I got my bucket of chicken the chicken was the darkest greassy ugliest chicken I've ever seen. It looked disgusting. I went back up to the counter took the lid off the bucket and asked for fresh chicken. I was told it was fine, made just 25 minutes ago. I looked at a lady standing in line and asked her would you eat this, she instantly replied no. The worker said I had to wait 30 minutes for fresh chicken. I said give me my money back. Then the manager Marceelle jumped in and said everytime you come in to eat you always ask if Martha or Norma are here and they don't always work here. I'm the manager today and you don't get what you want. Remember a while back when you asked me to put a few extra paper liners in the bucket of chicken so to separate the chicken pieces from grease soaking the pieces on the bottom of the bucket. because you had a 30 minute ride home. I can't give you special treatment like that. You need to know that. My thoughts on that was it must have really angered you to have you work extra hard to put an extra 3 pieces of paper in that bucket over a month ago to throw that up today. WOW. My kids thought it was a great idea and ate the chicken. This Marceelle obviously can't handle putting 3 pieces of paper in a bucket of chicken with out holding anger inside. this explains the reason why I had to clean my own table myself. if lifting 3 extra pieces of paper bothered you enough to throw that up a month later i can't imagine the frustration it must be to clean a table. When Martha or Norma are managing it's the best KFC restaurant anywhere. I Never question the quality of the food. Tables are clean And I let her know that if she managed as good as them, that chicken would have never been served to a customer. I would be eating right now instead of asking for a refund. If the owner of this restaurant wants to check on the validity of this complaint. Please go to the restaurant and look at the video cameras at around 445 to 5pm on Feb 24th. Look for the guy cleaning the table. Thanks.

I was told not to order online and go through the drive thru anymore. I usually do this because I don't have a long lunch. They seemed upset that I ordered online and went through the drive through. I don't come here anymore for that reason.

1/29 around 9pm I ordered food through the app, but apparently the restaurant didn't receive the order. When I asked about it, a Hispanic woman was extremely rude and told me not to order through the app. However, I had already placed my order. She brought the food out to my car, yelling at me about ordering through the app. I explained that the order was already placed, but she was pushy and mean. When I got home, I found that two desserts I had ordered were missing. I called KFC and spoke to the same woman, who told me that the manager, Martha, was not available. I've been trying to call since then to make my complaint but of course i am getting no answer
Seriously I SEE More complaints about that woman and she is still there!!!! WHY!?!?!?!? Why keep a rude employee that continues to treat people crappy!!! If you don't like customer service go work at a warehouse or behind a desk where you don't deal with people!!!

The worst branch ever. They closed 50min before the closing hour, so I used drive through. Lady who took order was rude. They missed the drink and sauce packs I ordered. The butter sauce pack was torn open and made mass inside. The biscuit looked like someone bit off on side.. I seriously think everything about this branch is a joke.

I haven’t ate KFC for about 5 1/2 years. I was excited placing my mobile order tonight. I got a notification saying my food was ready inside. I got off, went to the mobile station, there was no food. I waited a few minutes and decided to go through the drive thru since I was not being acknowledged. I did miss the speaker. I went to the window, and the worker seemed bothered that I did not use the speaker and told me to use it next time and that there was a timer? My food was ready but not where it should have been inside on the mobile order stand. Not the best experience. The food tasted less flavorful than it did years ago. The quality of chicken sucks. The amount of chicken given in my Famous Bowl was laughable and uncomfortably chewy. I think I’ll give it 5 more years until I return. Nothing seems improved.. the food, staff, hospitality..
One of the best KFC locations nationwide!!!! The food was super fresh and crunchy. the spicy chicken sandwich was so delicious and juicy. Highly recommend if you are craving fried chicken
