It's frustrating that they are so much money and still forget my food, not just once but twice. Even after I informed them, they didn't offer anything for the inconvenience of picking up what they missed. The manager was also rude. I won't be returning to this KFC location; it's disappointing.

This KFC was the worse that I’ve ever bought from. I ordered through Uber Eats and they fulfilled my order wrongly. My order consisted of two six piece chicken meals with chicken tenders, and large sides. They left out the chicken tenders on both meals. No large corns, I ordered two as sides with meal, only one mashed potatoes & gravy orders two. No biscuits supposed to come with 4 per meal. No way to contact them. Phone number, no one never answers! No Honey Barbecue Sauces as ordered. Paid $72 dollars for this less than half meal. So what do I do? Happened Friday 1:24/25

I ordered from the KFC menu, here are the results

Pros:
Food was ready on time
Interior is mostly clean

Cons:
Order was incorrect, side was wrong and the sauces incorrect
There’s no water cups, could not get water
Restroom were closed for the day
Silverware was non-existent
Service is slow due to one worker at register during lunch hour

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. Initially, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes before my order was taken. After placing my order, I waited an additional 15 minutes, only to be informed by a staff member that a portion of my order was unavailable.
When I requested a refund, I was told that a refund could not be issued. Consequently, I left without my order and without a refund.
Considering my experience and the reviews of others, I strongly urge the County Department of Quality to investigate this establishment and take appropriate action.

Making an order here felt like an impossible mission. The staff were rude and completely ignored us when we tried to place an order. After finally managing to order, we waited 20 minutes only to be told that half the items were unavailable. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund. Absolutely horrible experience—avoid this place at all costs!

This is probably one of the worst KFCs I have ever been to. I only go to this one for convenience, however, the service is horribly lacking.

Every time I'm inside, customers are getting angry because they are being ignored, employees are wandering around the far back corner doing whatever it is they're doing, orders that are placed in advance are not ready for pick up at the specified time because they don't start making them until you show up and ask for your order.

I understand that things can get hectic, however this place genuinely never seems busy enough to warrant the horrible service they provide.

I really hope this place gets new management because whoever is in charge is doing a horrible job at keeping their employees and business in check.
