Step out up y'all.
I know the chicken sits in a warmer, but y'all need to do better regarding the biscuits. No one likes a rock hard biscuit that's not even warm on the inside. My butter didn't even half melt.
The prices this place charges for food, everything should hot.
I was excited to get the wedge cut fries. I was disappointed. They were barely warm and they were soggy. You could at least cook those too order.
Glad I had a coupon, because paying over $10 for subpar food is a crime.
Y'all gotta do better!

My entire order was wrong, I was missing an item and the staff was rude. my co worker who ordered as well, his order was wrong. And to be honest, I’ve never been to a more unsatisfactory business than this one. Fire the whole staff

I got a priority delivery through a delivery service. I was tracking the driver the whole time and although he got here fairly quickly, the food was cold (chicken, fries and biscuit) and the drink had no seal on it so I poured it out. How do you deliver a drink with no seal?
Maybe inside the food is better but delivered the food was horrible. Possibly the food was from the day before I don’t know.

The 2.8 for this location is generous. I ordered tenders that were overcooked to the point that some of the breading was hard and the biscuits tasted like they sat out for hours. It was too late to go back and I should of checked before I left. My dogs were ok with eating it though. Whoever oversees this location isnt doing their job. Changes are needed, the cook sucks!

The service and food was good. The guy who took my order was friendly. Although the soda machine should be fixed as I drink the lemonade and it taste barely sweet and mostly water.

Luis was extremely rude and incompetent. I couldn’t believe he called himself a manager he certainly did not represent KFC correctly.

Instead of solving the issue, which was simply adding a dollar drink that had been left off my order from the start, he seemed completely lost. As a manager, he should have known how to handle such a basic problem, but instead he delayed the process, kept cars waiting behind me, and made the situation worse.

This type of poor leadership is exactly why customer service continues to decline. It’s disappointing to see someone in charge show so little care or efficiency.

Good luck, KFC, if this is who you have running your franchise. Thankfully, I don’t eat out often thank God for that.
