I was rejected my order at 8:55 pm on Sunday night. I was about to place order after waiting more than 10 minutes, for customers ahead me, I ordered 2pcs combo, suddenly another guy, looking like a manager(?), came and said that I have to order at drive thru, because they close counter at 9 pm. It was 8:55, I have been in the store for more than 10 minutes!!! And they didnt even close the main entrance... I told him I still have 5 minutes to 9 o'clock, but he kept saying they can not accept order but I have to order only drive thru... I was totally puzzled and had to leave the store, because I was driving high-roof cargo van... I felt so bad and totally ignored by the store... If I am an owner of that store, I will definitely fire him and not give any good recommendation for other job employment. KFC should check on these kind of store management for their all franchise stores... Feel so sorry I had to write such a bad review for this restaurant.

Was having a crazy weird day... until I came in about 11:50am and ordered the $7/3 tenders fill up 🏆 1. Bro, on the register, was AWESOME 🤣✅️ 2. Bro, who made the tenders, needs to get a raise and sent to Every KFC and teach how to prepare perfection 🍗

Very disappointed with the service. I placed an order at KFC and was told it would take 20 minutes because they didn’t have extra crispy chicken. I agreed to wait, but it ended up taking over an hour. No one came to offer an explanation or even an apology for the delay.
On top of that, I asked for plates so we could serve ourselves and they didn’t have any. It’s hard to understand how a restaurant that serves chicken doesn’t have the basics for customers to eat.
The whole experience was frustrating and completely the opposite of what you’d expect from a fast food place. It was neither fast nor well managed.

Employees were so nice to me. Ones I came in the door they said hello the manager of the shift Angel was so nice to me and my family she was helpful getting me a good deal with my family The 7 pc double mash meal my boys love kfc im coming back for the good service and it very clean.
