This location has horrible customer service. I came to this store weeks ago and they do not help their workers or care about their customers. They only have one person running the whole store while managers do not even bother to help. Management seems to be the problem of this store. Do not come here. The way the managers speak to their workers and have them do everything while they ignore the lines in the front/drive thru is so annoying.

Ordered an Eight piece meal with two sides and 4 biscuts. Got home and found only SEVEN pieces of chicken and NO coleslaw.
Tried calling for a hour with NO answer. Also, no excuse as they were not busy.

The place it's empty. Are you going to in and out? But , it's full, and I'm here, Because i'm gonna have time.. Nobody on the front, they have a small radio, making noise. Not even hear what the customers say

I try to support this KFC by ordering online, especially with so many fast food options nearby. I genuinely want to help keep them in business, but their mobile ordering is always unavailable. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to make things easier for both sides. I hope they fix this soon—convenience matters when competition is this close.

We placed our order online and from what the website said, everything was available. Our door was supposed to be ready at 8:15pm, being that we live so close, we left the house at 8:15pm just in case they were running a little behind. When we arrived we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes just check the bags and see our order was wrong. We kindly brought it to the workers attention and the amount of attitude that we got back was ridiculous. I’m sorry YOU got our order wrong, but I’d like to get what we paid for. After the second attempt, an entire meal was missing AND we had to ask why certain things were switched for other items, “we’re out” was the only response.
The cherry on top was coming home to find some type of wire object in my daughter’s biscuit.

Just got home and took our food out. My husband took the paper bag out as he was the bag ripped from the bottom and our food fell out! On top of that they got our order wrong and even waited 5 mins for our damn biscuits. We wanted Mac and cheese they gave us Cole slaw. That’s what fell out. Horrible! Never going there again.
