Not very customer friendly, had to enter my own order and then waited over 10 minutes before anyone even aknowledged me, another customer walked in waited gave up and walked back out in that time. Greasyest KFC I've ever had.

I was so excited this place opened up. The only challenge I see is entrance to drive-thru. Sometimes you think you're going to In-N-Out next door. But as far as the food, as far as the location, as far as the people, they're great, polite, courteous and overall good customer service

I recently ordered from your new KFC location, and unfortunately, I've consistently experienced issues with my orders. Today, I placed an online order valued at $30 with a scheduled pick-up time for 30 minutes later, but when I arrived, the order hadn't even been accepted. Now, I've been informed that I'll need to wait an additional 30 minutes, which is quite disappointing. I hope improvements can be made to ensure better customer service moving forward.

Ordered through postmate for pickup and the gravys I ordered were large but was barely halfway full. I dont know If it was because it's a little late or they didn't have enough but total rip off. Plus I ordered extra crispy but not spicy yet they gave is spicy. I would've rather had them give me non crispy than randomly putting spicy since my wife couldn't handle it. I wouldn't recommend this branch with these incompetent workers.

We requested crispy chicken. The cashier said they only had spicy chicken. IT wasn't really spicy but it was crispy. Our choice is returning to our regular kfc location 13 west of Ontario.

I tried to order a chicken pot pie. They said it would take 22 minutes to prepare they had none available at that moment so then I asked them for a two-piece combo of original recipe. They said all they had available at the moment was extra crispy. It Will be 22 minutes for the original recipe to be ready and available so I end up leaving with nothing I ordered nothing
