The sushi prepared by Chef Jose is amazing, with a fresh, different flavor that feels like the real thing from overseas. Customers enjoy the all-you-can-eat sushi, especially favorites like Lemon Paradise and Oh Honey, and report that everything ordered is satisfying. The calamari, Hawaiian, and Alaska hand rolls, along with green mussels, have become new favorites. While some servers may sometimes forget a customer, overall, the staff is attentive and kind.
