we come here regularly and absolutely love the quality and freshness of the seafood. today we left around 5:40 pm after waiting 30+ minutes of waiting for one of the waitresses to come grab the paper with our sushi selections. they never came back around. every table behind us got their orders while we remained waiting. usually when we come to eat it is never this bad. we never ended up getting our final round of sushi after waiting too long. i would love to have a refund of our bill tonight because we felt severely ignored and sensed some prejudice from the two waitress (skinny asian with her hair in a bun that always ignores us, shorter seeming waitress is kind but tonight we left 0 dollars as a tip because we aren’t checked up on. she had the audacity to ask me to fill in the tip line after signing. we will definitely no longer coming here after tonight’s mistreatment and overall situations of us being completely ignored multiple times. we usually overlook it but tonight was very obvious it was with intent. we stood near the checkout and we were helped immediately but never while being seated at the table. it’s very upsetting to say goodbye to such a delicious affordable spot.
to the owner is very kind, i’d like to have a refund or partial compensation or simply an apology!

Been twice first time food was good but service was horrible and very rude. Second visit food wasn’t as good and service was lousy even the sushi guy and waitress were yelling at each other very unprofessional. Think this will be our last trip there.

I recently went to have a combo dinner. I highly suggest you not eat anything other than AYCE Sushi. the amount I paid was terrible. The amount of rice was fit for a newborn. The rice was such a small amount. I ordered a california roll and spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was just popcorn chicken with a mini cup of garlic chili sauce. I never seen this before. I suppose if you want garlic chicken it will be popcorn chicken with a side of garlic. For the amount and flavor its best to go to a Chinese fast food.

I've tried many AYCE sushi spots. This is now my #1 favorite! I will definitely be back! I came in with a party of 7. The chef and waitresses were friendly and accommodating. I'd give them a 10 out of 10 if it was an option

I have order take out a few times from this place and rolls are good but when you ask for Sriracha they tell you they don't have any or that it's inside bag when it's not. Sad they are being stingy with it.

This place was the best! My friend and i had a hard time choosing rolls bec they all sounded great! Definitely recommend and will be returning. The waitress was super sweet and helpful as well! Super cute place! Can’t wait to come back (: Highly recommend Diablo and heart attack SOO GOOD

Not the best sushi place I've been to, but not the worst either. The sushi was good, but nothing special. The service was brusque and not too friendly. They need more sashimi items on the menu. Also, they had some kind of construction project going on in plain view (and within earshot) of the dining area. Probably a better idea to do this kind of work when the restaurant isn't open maybe? Overall, it was kind of a disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service the lady in there does nothing but try and up charge everything . I went spent 40$ and she’s just rushing me the whole time to pay and get my money together. I won’t be returning here the sushi is honestly mid it’s just convenient due to the distance but it’s not worth it to go there back if I’m not being treated with respect like they should to their customers. I asked for extra sauce and the lady charged me 5$ for 4 sauces! but when I went last time I wasn’t charged and then they tell me “well they forgot” and that when i go to McDonald I have to pay for extra sauce and the only way i could get extra sauce was if I dined in which makes no sense. They have dead roaches in bathrooms which is unhygienic. -1service learn respect -1atmosphere everything you touch or walk on is sticky. Food -1 mid!
