The food here is really good. Unfortunately the service is not the greatest, some of the waitresses are rude or don't check in to see if you need anything. If it's just you and one other person your best experience will be at the bar. The chefs are super nice, you get to see how your food is made and your food is delivered promptly.

Food takes too long to come out not worth the all you can eat price. They take one roll out at a time so you can get full and wait 10-15 min for the next one to come out. My first and last time here.

We have been to this restaurant quite a few times over the past year. Something has definitely changed. Tonight, dining with a part of 4, they automatically added an 18% gratuity. They never did this previously. The service was subpar. The restaurant had no air conditioning, the server forgot our soup, and the Crispy Rice was cold. We had to request ice multiple times for our drinks due to the heat. When we brought up the service charge, the server was immediately defensive and I asked to speak with the owner. I will say the owner was kind as she explained, but we won't be back unfortunately. In this day and age, it's increasingly difficult to support local businesses when service and quality are sacrificed, while cost is assumed and expected regardless. I suggest Zeppin Sushi in Eastvale. Sushi Kingdom's food quality and service will leave you disappointed.

I was sitting outside after a trip to the dentist thinking of coming in,but I thought to check the reviews. Review after review,old and new about bad service and mandatory tipping. I believe in tipping, but I also believe in tipping what the server earned. Regular service 15%, really good service 18 - 20%. Excellent service can go as high as 50%. Bad service 1 penny, to aggravate the server as much as they aggravated me. Rude service, your tip is under a full glass of liquid. I haven't had to give that tip since I was a teenager. I guess I will keep getting my sushi elsewhere based on these reviews. I judge a place on their worst review, no their best. There are way more bad reviews than good reviews of this place, so I will stay away.
