We arrived at 8p to order: one sope, 4 tacos and one horchata. It took a total of 1 hour for me to receive the food. It was honestly the most ridiculous amount of time I have ever spent waiting for food. I love king taco but this location is definitely not worth it. By the time I received my sope, I probably had what amounted to a teaspoon of carne asada and the lettuce was just overflowing. It felt like a vegetarian sope tbh. Not worth your wait if you are in the mood for late night munchies that is actually worth your money and time.

So after not visiting this place for a few years we decided to go back and it was thee worst mistake ever ! Lady talked us into buying the rotisserie chicken dinner that comes with whole chicken and sides . It was awful . The chicken was drier than the Sahara dessert . The skin looked nice but inside was a chocking hazard . The rice was gross and the beans đ« like cmon Hpw could you guys mess up on beans lol . Never going back again !

I'm a frequent customer at King Taco Fontana. I went with my entire family on Sunday. It's a very clean place. The cashier, Elida, is very friendly and always has a smile. She helped me with my points application. She's very kind and serves me very well. I hope Elida serves me on my next visit. As for the person who handed me my order, she's very rude. I think her name is NoemĂ. She's very rude. She talked a lot with one of the servers and took a long time to take my order. The customer service is really poor. I hope I don't get NoemĂ on my next visit. I give to Elida 5 stars and Noemi I give her only 1 star because sheâs so mean

Went on labor day and it was the worst service I've ever had at a king taco. Waited 30 minutes in line to order and another 45 minutes to get my food. All I ordered was 4 hopes. They were prioritizing online orders, they had everyone that was there present just waiting while online orders kept getting there ordes right away. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty, with no toilet paper and no hand soap. When we finally got our order the food was cold and soggy.

We waited in line for 30 minutes, another 30 for the food. It was just two burritos and a couple tacos. The burritos werenât wrapped right and they completely opened. They didnât give us any utensils, no napkins. I asked for lemon, they said they donât carry it. They only gave us 3 salsas for a 40 dollar order and said Iâd have to pay extra for more. The food tasted mid. I really donât understand the hype or the long lines outside.

Tried to walk in to order with a friend, both of us had dogs. Security guard rudely grunts at me âoutsideâ and ânoâ while pointing, while only staring at me. So if youâre not Hispanic, maybe donât bother going here. There were tons of ways to say dogs werenât allowed (not sure how else we couldâve ordered to go as this isnât a drive thru), but that was by far the dumbest way Iâve ever experienced. But also why was only my dog an issue and not my friends? What a joke.
