I like klatch coffee as a local chain that really makes an effort. Most of their roasts are medium or dark and I'm more of a light rust kind of guy so it's not really my cup of tea. I do enjoy the pour over and always get the lightest thing that they have and they're always really nice to me about it. Always super clean. Bathrooms are great, plenty of parking and usually outdoor seating.

I truly love them. When I couldn't find the right taste, they helped me customize it and even kept a record for me, all to ensure that I could enjoy a satisfactory cup of coffee.I love them.

Klatch Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. Everyone there is truly amazing the baristas remember your name and your favorite order, and they always take the time for a friendly chat. They pour real passion into every cup, whether it's a perfectly balanced latte, a rich cold brew, or their fantastic seasonal specials. It's not just coffee; it's an experience crafted by people who clearly love what they do and who they serve. You leave feeling genuinely valued, not just caffeinated.
One of the things that sets Klatch apart and makes it my absolute go to spot is how incredible they are with my service dog. They don't just tolerate furry visitors; they welcome them! Offering pup cups (always a hit!) is just the start. They create such a relaxed, happy vibe for both of us. Knowing we can pop in together for a quick pick-me-up where we're both treated wonderfully is priceless.
Overall, Klatch is simply outstanding. The coffee is consistently excellent, the inclusive atmosphere is inviting and cozy, and the staff are just great, friendly, efficient, and full of positive energy. Combine that with their genuine love for canine customers, and you have a local coffee shop that truly understands community. It's more than just a place to grab a drink; it's a bright spot in the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Klatch to everyone with or without a four legged friend. This is a very small coffee shop, but it is clean and bright. Service is efficient. The coffee was good. I ordered an iced lavender latte, and it was VERY lavender. If you don't like an overwhelming taste of lavender, then pass on this latte. All in all, it's a good place for coffee, I did not try any of the baked goods, but they looked tasty.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Klatch Coffee in Ontario for the past 5 to 7 years and have always appreciated the exceptional coffee and welcoming atmosphere. Despite having other coffee options like Starbucks conveniently located near my home, I’ve consistently chosen Klatch for its quality and vibe.
However, I had a disappointing experience today that I feel compelled to share. I stopped by for a to-go order with my dog, as I often do. While waiting, another dog nearby became reactive, and unfortunately, my dog responded. A barista—who I understand is relatively new to the Ontario branch—approached me and stated that if my dog was barking, we couldn’t stay. While I understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment, I was surprised by the approach, especially since the other reactive dog remained inside without any similar feedback. I chose to step outside to avoid further conflict.
This felt unnecessarily one-sided and inconsistent with the service I’ve come to know and appreciate at Klatch. I also visit frequently the Rancho Cucamonga location, where the staff are always friendly and accommodating, even during occasional dog interactions. In my experience, they handle such moments with professionalism and fairness, never singling anyone out.
I rarely leave negative feedback, but this incident was disappointing enough to speak up about. I hope this is taken as constructive input for maintaining the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that has made Klatch a favorite for so many years. Never going back to Ontario Klatch again!!

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry—unless, of course, you love standing in long lines while watching your life pass by. The coffee? Yeah, it’s good. Annoyingly good. Good enough to make you question all your past coffee choices. I usually go for a seasonal drink and the breakfast wrap because I enjoy pretending I’m better than everyone else. But really, you can’t go wrong. Grab your overpriced (but totally worth it) coffee and go sit outside like the caffeinated, enlightened human you are.
