Kozan Boba & Tea House

My favorite place to get a nice cold drink ! Staff is on point highly recommend

I really like Kozan, i always buy a couple times a month. Today so disappointed the girl the one made the order i think new person but they left her alone. She finishing my order for 20 minutes i don’t mind with that, the problem is when the order ready
- Cocoa dream i order missing all the topping i add also the Oreo mixed in i didn’t get it (missing lychee jelly, agar crystal and the extra cocoa pebles) also this drink supposedly more slushy but it so watery…
-Strawberry Cloud i order 2 of them (1 of them missing cocoa pebble and the other one missing crystal boba)

so from 4 order only 1 correct.
so we need to ask them to add it again.

As an Asian, please don’t come here. All the good reviews are from years ago!! I came here and ordered the matcha boba and it came out horrendously sweet (I ordered 0 sugar) with a medicine/artificial aftertaste!!! Worst boba I’ve ordered in my life.

Always good, boba a little smaller than usual but still really good. Seasonal pumpkin drinks are very good

Though the atmosphere and other staff are great, i came in the other day to get my usual (a taro milk tea with boba and brown sugar syrup on the rim) and the young man at the counter was extremely rude. Not only did he incorrectly charge me for extra boba and extra syrup but his overall attitude really just almost ruined my day. As a regular to the shop im very disappointed. I understand we all have bad days but I think its best to leave that outside of the work place. I enjoyed my previous times there but I will no longer spend my money at an establishment that doesn't value customer service.

Brandon is top class man. The bro helped me in choosing, in full detail with what, why and how they make it. My first time here and it won't be my last. I'm from out of town but I'll be recommending the local friends from here to stop on by. Blessings.

I’ve come to this place twice. Always chill, easy in and out, and delicious boba. I always get the black sesame shake. Soooo good. It’s not a common option so I was pleased to see this on the menu. A lil pricey. Would recommend.

The matcha mango with oat milk and ube is definitely uniquely delicious.Fully customizable drinks since you order on a tablet.

LOVEEE IT! Finally I found probably the best boba spot near my home. Staff is so friendly and helpful, drinks are delicious 10/10 recommend. Pricing if very fair compare to any other tea shops overcharging. Drinks are so unique to have a swirl look on them. I am very happy customers always satisfied with purchase.
