Went to Krispy Kreme tonight at 9:20pm. It was extremely busy, both inside and drive thru something I wasn't expecting! Miguel was a breath of fresh air, kept his calm and remained kind to everyone he helped pick donuts for. Lupe on the other hand was stressin and let it be known to all the customers 🫠 Work can be stressful but remaining professional goes a long way, never know who's watching you. Also I noticed a few others would get out of order, I recommend writing...
REALLY busy. Ordered on app, said it was available for immediate pick up. No one working the mobil order register. Once someone noticed there were 4 mobile order people waiting, they came over and casually got each person's order. The sense of urgency was not noticed in any staff. Took about 15 minutes to get order.
