I stopped by on Monday, 2/5/2, to buy some chicken. The guy at the register who took my order completed my purchase then asked me to stand to the side while he fixed my chicken to go. He began to help like three other people while I’m standing there waiting for him to fix my chicken order. He acted like my time wasn’t valuable. Customer service was terrible. I almost set it off in there but I decided to write a review instead.

I've been to a few Krispy chicken places, but this location sucks off Archibald in OntarioCA. They barely had food. The chicken tasted rubbery, not that good crunch. No shrimp were available, my favorite, and hardly no sides available. Older lady rushing me to order and had an attitude. It says freshly made. Not at this location. I can taste it's cooked in old grease. The only thing available was not so good chicken. Wasted my money. I'm going to stick to the one in Santa Ana.
