The service is very bad. We went as a family to want to enjoy a delicious ice cream and when you order your ice creams, the woman who served today's date night throws things away apart from being in a bad mood, she serves everyone, it hurts about the place but no. They make you want to come back, they should have people willing to work and serve the customer well, apart from that you pay for what you eat now, instead of asking for free, please call attention and change this type of staff, bad service ?
The service is rubbish, the girls who work there give horrible customer service, the snows are very delicious but the service takes away all the points!

They always have a stank a** face. Like are you serious? This is your business be grateful people go in your store. Also they are really expensive. I rather drive a little farther than go there ever again.

The fresas con cream are great The only thing I buy from here typically. however, they’re very expensive for such a small portion. The one down the road in the other shopping center gives you one twice as big for cheaper.
Complete disgusting, I ordered a mangoneada and I don't know if they made the wrong snow when they made it but according to them they gave me "mango with chamoy" and it turned out to be eggnog with chamoy, when I got in my car and tried that I had to throw it away, I just didn't It tasted good, apart from that they wanted to charge me almost 5 dollars more and also expensive.
