Great variety of snacks. Check on closing times by call though. They never stay open as posted. Very disappointing if you have cravings and they close one to two hours before posted closing times.

The girl who served us today is very sweet and attentive. Her service is always excellent unfortunately I always forget to get her name. The place is always clean and you can find some rare ice cream flavors here. I only wish the menu explained exactly what goes on the items.

I had a terrible experience here today. This was my first time entering one of these locations and I was excited to try something new since I'm not Mexican. The lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. She kept rolling her eyes when I asked questions. I decided on a mangonada and she proceeded to adding pepino and other things that looked like vegetables like a root, so I asked if there could be any fruit in it. She rudely answer NO and walked away from us, told her I don't know how this works or what it goes into it I never had it. She stood looking at me and put my order to the side. She was not going to service us , we were not rude, nor asked too many questions she was just annoyed we asked anything at all. Her attitude was horrible!!!
It is bad to see other reviews about bad customer service yet they haven't changed at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with my family of 9 people. At 835 mind you, they close at 9pm.
We all paid and were eating our snacks minding our business and a young lady stepped aside rudely and said, “we have to clean you have to step out… we have to clean you have to leave. Seating is closed”
So off putting. Terrible customer service

Paleta was nice obviously. This girl said “we need to clean so can you guys step out” there was 20 mins left. One of the girls was nice but the other one was very rude !
My only concern was the worker put on plastic gloves for sanitary reasons but messed up the whole purpose by blowing the gloves open to put her hand in! It would've been better had she used her bare hands and just wash them before grabbing the fruits for the fruit salad. C'mon THINK, people! I just blessed my food and hoped I didn't get cooties!!
