Oh, the pizza was bad. It was not my first time eating at little Caesars, but my last. Ordered mushroom and sausage pizza. The mushrooms tasted old and had a tangy wetness to it. The sausage had hard part issues. If you have ever had sausage, you occasionally get a hard bit....this was much it was in almost bite. We removed the sausage and mushrooms so we could eat some. Staff acted like they had a long day and just was over it.

Worst Little Caesar’s in town!!! Ordered multiple different times trying to give this location a chance and never once was satisfied with my orders. Today 12/24/24, I ordered 2 bags of breadsticks and not one of them had any sauce or seasoning on them (plain bread)! Went there in person and the cashier told the worker in the back to put sauce and seasoning on the plain cold bread that we just brought back! SERIOUSLY! Keep in mind this is an in app order so I could not inspect my food there in person. If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The service at this place was horrible. I sat there for 15 minutes and watched several people come in and they did not have their orders. They burned several pizzas and offered soda to make up for the Burned pizzas.

Food can be hit or miss u will be wait for a while even if u put in order on app, they won't us the holding area for the pizza where customers use the app code to get there food out

I ordered online and got the email my order was in their portal. Upon arrival my pizza wasn't in the portal and I had to stand in a long line. There was other cashiers but no one else can accommodate the peoples who's orders are ready. I thought the point of the app was to skip the line and make it faster.

Looking at the other reviews, we had the same experience. Ordered on the app ahead of time but my wife waited for almost an hour and we never got our pizza that advertised and promoted Hot & Ready??????

I went to buy and they made me wait almost an hour, which according to my card was not valid, but they had already deducted it from my account and they didn't even bother to tell me until I complained to them... Very bad service ?

Food is never ready on time when you order online. Rarely do they have "hot and ready." Corporate should really consider shutting this one down. Definitely will not be returning to this store and will think twice before going to Little Ceasars brand in general. Waited over an hour and a half for 3 pizzas that were ordered online. And then no apology even! 3 strikes and definitely out!
Ended up leaving line was too long. Orders were taking forever. Also, it's extremely hot in the front when you are waiting to order.

I would give it zero stars if I could, terrible service!!!!!!!!! I arrived first to order a pinch3 pepperoni pizza with cheese and micho edges as they began to arrive, they were served first and with more orders and I was the last to leave????ptmdre!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
