This place sucks very slow they should just close it and give business to someone else or hire. New employees who wants to work and knows how to cut a pizza into 8 slices ! Manager need to be retrained and the employees also need to be retained cutting pizza

This location is the absolute worst! The Manager has a nasty attitude, the service is extremely slow due to employees shenanigans and highly unprofessional.Visited while in town on business and was completely surprised at the level of poor service. Was told that there would be a 20Min wait which I was ok with until 20 mins turned into almost an hour literally. (Never Again).

Anytime I order using the App, it's supposed to be in the pizza lockers but maybe 1 time out of 5 it's in there. Otherwise I have to ask for my order. Lot's of people are always standing around either waiting for their order or to order. I don't know if they are walk-in types or if they ordered ahead. Ordering ahead is the way to go. I come in usually 5-10minutes after it says my pizza will be ready and I don't have to wait too long to get it. They only usually have one person working the register and getting the orders ready, so it's a bit inefficient and slow. I still have to wait in line the time my order isn't waiting in a pizza locker which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of ordering in the Little Caesars App. We get the stuffed crazy crust pepperoni pizza often and it's alright, nothing special, it's Little Caesar's.Parking: People are dumb and will park or drop off at the red curb and it adds to the awkward parking situation here.

The WORST!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been to any restaurant with such horrible service…1. Beyond dirty inside and outside2. They don’t use the portals… your name will appear on the portal but when you enter the code.. your food is not in there.. then they will act like they can’t find your original order placed…3. Better training needed!!!!!

I am solely making this review because of how calm and patient Jay C. Or whatever person was on register on Oct 31st at 9:21pm. Order took long but that guy was extremely calm and understanding with customers during that rush. He definitely needs a raise.

This is the training store for this area so expect nothing but faults.Staff can't be bothered to help anyone unless you make a fuss. You will wait anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours for the simplest orders.

The location is always busy and with the right management can do a lot better. The key holder or manager with the red hair is always rude to everyone. She needs proper training. All the other staff is always friendly. I am running deliveries so don't appreciate dealing with consistent bad management. Figure it out girl and change your attitude. Don't make it miserable for everyone. Last time that I did order from here my order was wrong.
