Worst Little Caesars location ever. The pizza is always rock hard and has no sauce everytime! It’s so dry and super hard to swallow. A pizza with no sauce is diabolical. I won’t be giving this spot anymore chances. Corporate please check in with your people!!

Placed an online order that was late by almost 20 minutes. Kept receiving emails that my pizza was ready at the counter, but when my partner would ask they would tell him it wasn’t. Finally gave us our order and we were missing one item. Definitely do not recommend online ordering here, it causes more inconvenience.

This location should change their slogan from Hot n Ready to the Jack in the Box slogan, We Don't Make It Til You Order It. If I could rate it with negative stars I would.
I recently went their less than an hour after opening hrs, and still had to wait long. Plus if you go during busy hours you'll have to wait more than an hr. Even if you order in advance through the app. Go to the location on Romana and Mission or Riverside near Monte Vista. They always have something Hot n Ready.

Horrible with timing the app said it’ll be done by 4:53 PM but my wife has been there 40 minutes past that and still has not received the order. I called to see the status on the order and got a very dull answer poor customer service! Also I paid for a crazy bread combo and did not receive the marinara sauce also paid extra for crazy crust and did not get that as well.

The costumer ahead of me was pickup and the girl in front counter kept handing him the wrong items. So I had to wait for about 20mins to pickup my order until she got the correct order. So the wait time was awful!
