Really enjoyed this experience for my niece's 6th birthday party. She was able to play with her friends and we enjoyed the tasty food from the Eatery. The pizza is really good and their nachos very super tasty. I recommended this place to everyone.

P. S. Make sure u wear your good socks because they have a no shoe inside policy.

I arrived 10 minutes after opening. Was hit with the smell of urine and baking soda. This place is FILTHY! Bring lots of hand sanitizer and gloves and a mask if you plan on visiting. Yuck! Everything in the pneumatic air toys is broken and the arcade games don’t work. All the foam balls have bite mites and chunks missing. Duct tape is the repair of choice, everything is covered in it as a micky mouse cheap repair. (Children safety is not a priority apparently). The food court is all microwave food so eat before you come. This place is trying its best to live off the one Blippi episode they were in when everything was new and working. But if this place doesn’t get its sanitation and maintenance in check I don’t see it being open much longer.

I do like coming here- the employees are very sweet. But Today a group of adults almost fought a mother who was by herself. They said her son (who must have been no older than 5) hit their daughter. It was honestly so aggressive and intense they were yelling at her at the top of their lungs and scared my 2 year old. This is so trashy of them- they were throwing a birthday party and tbh their kids were playing SUPER aggressive. This was not acceptable. I feel bad for that mom, there was legit 5 people screaming into her face while other people in their party group had to hold them back from a physical altercation. TRASHY!!!!!! they should’ve been kicked out. Before that incident those same people’s son tried to fight that boy to the point where I had to tell them to back off. Y’all need watch your kids here smh

Love this place!! This was the first place I was able to relax and let my kiddos go and run free and play the way they want. Instead of having to hover and watch over them. My kiddos always ask to come here over and over again. So we do!

All games thqt you could win prizes where either broken or turned off. Air play items in play area in bad need of repair. And do not work. Look like used publicity from bleepy to promote business to bully hi tech digital games to charge $.75 to 1.00 per game. For totlers greedy Asian owner.

My kids have absolutely loved LOL Kids Club since they were little! It’s the perfect spot for them to run, climb, and play to their heart’s content. My 5-year-old can spend hours here and never gets bored. We usually use the Groupon deal, which is valid Monday through Thursday—it’s a great way to save while giving the kids a fun day out. This place is amazing for burning off energy, and the setup is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for families looking for an active and fun outing!

I was trying to think of a good place to take my daughter for her second birthday to enjoy with her cousins. My sister in law recommended LOL Kids Club and saw that there was a Groupon available. We got to the location around 3pm-ish and we were able to get good parking. There was only four people in the entire place when we arrived. Check in was super fast. We all received a wrist band and had to take off our shoes before entering. They set your bin to the side and give shoes back when you are finished. The Groupon says you get two hours of play which was perfect for our group. There is a cafe with an extensive menu, tables / chairs to relax, party rooms available to rent, and a large area for play. Adults are allowed in all of the areas which I thought was awesome. This is a great place to let your little ones burn off steam and have fun.
Cons: Some arcade games were out of service where my little one was really wanting to play, some play items were needing some TLC or could have been thrown away, some areas needed a serious wipe down or deep cleaning, homeless people wheeling carts in the parking lot.

I had my daughter’s birthday party here last Saturday. Oh my gosh this place is terrible. The food is low-grade. The large pizza looks like a personal size very disappointed spent over $800 and had a terrible experience.

This place was awesome when they first opened. Now nothing works, dirty, broken balls. Bathroom had no soap and none of the hand sanitizers were filled. The food is expensive and looks nothing like the pictures. My kid likes this place but from adults point of view it is run down. Gave it 2 stars cause my kid likes the place.

Super clean and safe! Food is delicious and it’s nice to know my child is safe to run and play inside.
