I clearly ordered a mango drink and they gave me an orange fruit drink with many seeds in it. I also ordered my drink with crystal boba and got charged for it even tho my drink had no boba. This really was the worst boba I’ve ever tasted.??

Service was standard. It's a lollicup within the mall, basically order your drink and move yourself along. Not a sit and hang out spot. Didn't care for their menu prompter that kept changing menu screens. Made it a lot harder to read and figure out what to order. My lychee wave was a bit too sweet for my liking, but they did put a good amount of fruit, poppers, jelly, and boba. My kid enjoyed his lychee volcano and didn't have any complaints.

I tried their milk tea before, it was alright.Today, I tried their lychee wave with 75% sweetness, it was awesome.It was still a bit too sweet for me, but till it was a very refreshing drink. I will come back to try other tea drink when I'm around next time.

We ordered the original milk tea with boba at 50% sweetness. The milk tea tasted mostly of milk and lacked a strong tea flavor. We expected as much, though. We still enjoyed our drink as we walked around the mall. The menu provides many options for milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies, which is a plus.

My drink turned out interestingly looking when I couldn't find any 'boba,' then I realized it wasn't the regular boba like that from 'Ding Tea,' West Covina. I ordered Honey Green Milk Tea with brown sugar boba....where were they?! Not only did my drink turn out with a new style of boba, it also turned out extremely white! My friend, Net A (Yelp BFF from YelpIE) ordered a Lychee Wave. Line wasn't that bad on a Christmas Monday/22. We will be back! It's still a super tasty drink just with the interestingly looking 'boba.' I'll most likely update review next visit trying a diff drink but couldn't find 'boba.'

Not the best Lollicup I've ever been. Behind the counter looks barren (missing other usual boba service offerings like food), half of the monitors showing the menu work are out of service/off, and the receiving staff needs more training in familiarizing the menu to make sure what you order is correct. This is the only boba spot inside Ontario Mills so you take what you can get.

Ordered a mango tea drink with mango bits and rainbow jelly, my son ordered another drink with boba. Cashier who took my order asked if i wanted to add anything else; I told her I wanted the "bursting" boba, not the chewy kind which I dislike. She repeats the order to confirm it. Order comes out...my drink has the chewy boba. A line had formed since I placed my order so instead of asking them to remake my drink, I asked for an empty cup so I could pour my drink into it and dispose of the chewy boba. Girl looked at me funny I've had Lollicup several times before, just not at this location. I'll come again since their drinks are good; just hope they get my order correct next time.

Located inside Ontario Mills, Lollicup is not a bad boba spot after an afternoon full of shopping. Both times I've gone, there's always been a pretty long line of people waiting. The cashier, though sometimes not the friendliest, is pretty quick with taking orders and receiving payment. The wait time for drinks can get a little long. I've tried their taro typhoon and their lychee black tea, which were both refreshing and also pretty good. The lychee black tea wasn't overly sweeten, which I liked. They didn't put too much ice chunks in there which was a huge plus for me. The taro typhoon was a taro smoothie with boba and egg pudding. I'm a big fan of pudding and their egg pudding was so good! This drink can also be pretty filling. Overall, Lollicup will continue to be our boba spot every time we're spending the day shopping in Ontario Mills.

Great white peach green tea but BASIC regular milk tea, super sweet with no flavor of tea. The reason I'm giving this place an one star is for their service especially for the cashier girl. I overheard her gossiping and complaining about customer #34 to her coworker through the wall. Similar to the situation mentioned in another girl's review. How does it make your customer feel when they hear you talking sh*t about the customers.
