These people are lier's!! Called my order in they said 25 minutes. Showed up after 25 minutes and had to wait another 25 minutes!!!! Plus online all their orders say the caldo comes with rice but I get there and they want to charge for it. Again LIERS!!! A good business practice would be to tell people the truth about the wait time and not side eye their paycheck paying customers when their asking about their order acting like they're the problem...

Waitress had me waiting in the drive thru for almost 30min. She was very rude when I asked if my order would be done soon as I Have to return to work sheās like I can give you the food uncooked if you want she was very rude and I asked her nicely. I get they are busy but she didnāt have to be rude. I hope the food tastes good at least.

I would like to let the owners know that the lady that was there today 11/19/25 in the evening is a one hard working person and kept her composure after being bombarded with many customers waiting in the restaurant to be served, in the drive through and waiting in line to pick up food. I waited in line for 15min patiently. Please give a raise she deserves it. No, I'm not her aquaintance. Please hire more people. It's not okay for anyone to work on these conditions. She was the only person there attending to everyone's need!(Lady with honey colored curly hair)

Pupusas to die for. Literally and the crazy part is ::::there Mexican. And one of the best I had. Normally Salvador but dangggggggg or the spicy red salsa. š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤so delicious
Got food in the Chapin festival. Service was slow. The guy giving food was all confused and he did smell like beer. Never getting food from them. Terrible service.

First and last time here waiting almost an hr for 2 popular I believe they forgot my order because there was other people that arrived after me and got there food and drinks thatās wen I spoke up and ask for my food this is ridiculous you ask the waitress for anything you better off getting up and getting in it at the bar area

I was just there left very upset because I was sitting waiting for the server Karina to help us and take our order but instead she ignored us and another group showed up and helped them when they showed up later then us I still waited and we made eye contact with Karina and she proceeded doing other things so we got up and walked away very very poor costumer service
