WOW ?1. Chicken is sooo tender, cooked perfect coming off the bones and the seasoning is so tasty2. At first bite of the greens, my face said it all! I love greens and have tried plenty…this is seriously the most flavorful greens I’ve had..3. Now this was a surprise. I do NOT like waffles or syrup…please tell me why I took one bite and couldn’t stop eating them!! The waffles were crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. The syrup was fantastic…so mapley and sweet!4....
It’s been a long time having soul food outside of my own cooking, it’s me and my husbands 49th anniversary, the staff was wonderful and very attentive, the food was Great !! Everything, true food was on point, we will be back for sure…and seasonal so well felt like I was at home !! Thank you so much for making our day special ??
I do not enjoy giving not so good ratings. However, we arrived around 1:50 and was advised at the door and told by an employee they had run out of waffles. So we ordered wings with beans and rice. After sitting for 20 minutes, we were approached by our server and advised they had run out of wings, so we left without receiving any food.
