Not bad for gas station take-out. There is no dining in. There's more variety than you might expect, including some healthy food choices. Offers delivery, though not at all times (call to verify availability). Staff was polite and service-oriented. The staff appeared to be using fluent Spanish among themselves, so they can help if you want to discuss your order in Spanish. The young man who waited on me also spoke impeccable English.
Pancho villa breakfast burrito was mid /average at best.
Tortilla is not great, and filling all becomes a bit mushy.
The best breakfast burritos usually have a great tortilla and gives you some contrast in texture with some crispy parts, but this was just one big mush.
The flavor of the chorizo was okay, and the salsa roja wasn’t bad.
Overall would not come back.

This is my Tuesday lunch spot. They never disappoint. Quality food that is better than most dine in restaurants. Clean, fresh and staff are super friendly and seem to like working there. Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station make you think less of it. Remember, Costco sells gas too, lol.
