terrible service, i ordered my breakfast food before 10:30 and got in line and told them my code before 10:30 and the line was long so by the time i got to the window it was past 10:30 and they refused to give me the food… They didnt run out of breakfast stuff just refused to give it, useless people

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s on Mountain Ave in Ontario, CA. I placed a $50+ order and was shocked that I was asked to pay extra for additional sauce. Charging for sauce on such a large order feels extremely petty and out of touch with basic customer service. (A few sauces isn’t gonna cover all that food) On top of that, the dine-in area is noticeably dirty and the tables are not cleaned, floors messy, and an overall uncomfortable environment. Because of this, a lot of customers clearly avoid eating or ordering inside unless they absolutely have to, which pushes more people into the drive-thru and makes the lines even longer than they already are. This location seriously needs better cleanliness standards and more reasonable customer service. Until that improves, I’d recommend avoiding this McDonald’s if you have other nearby options.

I have always loved going to the old classic Mc Donald’s and I was so exited when they remodeled it but wow was I surprised the service at this Mc Donald’s is they are extremely rude they need all new staff not one person that has helped me has been kind everyone one that works here looks like their dog died and the bad part about it is you cant get any refills on your drinks at all no matter what so if your going to go to Mc Donald’s I would advise you to pick a different one this Mc Donald’s deserves a one star rating I would actually give them a zero, but it only goes to a one star rating even my seven-year-old daughter says that this McDonald’s deserves a zero star rating. That’s pretty bad when a seven-year-old says that. my family and I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

I don’t know how people here are working, but I am a Dasher who came to pick up the order and was forced to wait 13 minutes. I reported in the app that the delay was because the store DID NOT make the food for my order, yet somehow THEY filed a complaint against ME??? How is that even possible? I only stated the truth — that I had to wait because they absolutely did NOT prepare the order for me. And now I’m the one being blamed for THEIR mistake? This is completely unacceptable.

Worst location to go to especially trying to ask for sauce they get stupid as soon as you ask for it when I ask for it at the speaker they never get it right so I ask at the window and still get pissy and mad for not asking at the speaker so there’s no winning

I've lived and work in the area for 17year. I've try not to stop at this location if possible. Not once have the ever got my order right. This morning I gave it a try. Well... at least they are consistent. Wrong again, and food was cold. Not only that, I hear one employee say to another, I'm gonna be a smart as today with customers. Put that energy into getting the order right.
