I ordered something small for my lunch break (I had been looking forward to it all week) and I received a confirmation email and a charge on my bank. When I went to go pick up my order on my lunch break, in which I had limited time, the app told me to go through the drive through to pick up my order so I did. And the lady told me that they didnt have my order so I had to come inside the restaurant to confirm my order which defeats the purpose of a quick pick up. Frustrated, I go into the store and it take over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I have 10 minutes left on my break and I finally make eye contact with the manager and get her attention and she tells me that the store canceled my order. So I tell her that they already charged me and she said that I should be getting a refund in a few business days. There were other customers in the store visibly upset at the service as well. It seems like no one at this store knows what they are doing. Long story short, I was unable to eat on my lunch. And I am unsure if I'll receive my refund.

Sometimes before school I go to the Mcdonald’s and get a mocha frapp, hash brown, and cookies to share with me and my friends. I’ve always gotten amazing service until today. It’s my birthday so I was like let’s go to Mcdonald’s it’s like 8:02am January 23rd 2025. We order cookies, 2 hash browns, an ice carmel coffee, and iced mocha (they had no frapps today). We get to the window they hand us our stuff but they charged us for an egg mcmuffin that we didn’t even ask for and didn’t put in our order for cookies💀 We thought whatever it’s fine we got our drinks and hash browns let’s just go. One sip and immediately it just tastes like water with whip cream. nasty asf. i genuinely think the workers were high or on something bc never in like my 4 years of going to that place did something like this happen😭anyways mcdonald’s pls fix that bc there’s just no way that’s real.
