I have had concerns about this McDonaldâs location for quite some time. However, after my most recent experience, I feel compelled to share my thoughts through a Google review.
I ordered a McCrispy from this location, and I have never been more disappointed. The chicken appeared artificial, with a fibrous texture, and the taste resembled burnt plastic with only a faint hint of actual chicken. I even have photographic evidence, and if Google allowed video uploads, I would have shared footage of me breaking it apart.
The management of this McDonald's location in Ontario must take immediate action to improve both food quality and service. If they are unable to do so, they should be held accountable. As for McDonaldâs as a corporationâdo better. Customers deserve real, high-quality food, not cheap imitations made to cut costs.

I ordered a Big Mac with no cheese.The employee verified my order twice.I always check my order but today Iâm sick and just needed to eat something to take my medsâŠwhich canât be taken if I eat dairy. I typically donât bother with leaving reviews but I writing this in the hopes that maybe management does a better job training employees.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered through the mobile app, when I got to the window was directed to wait in reserved #4. Waited for about 25 minutes never received food. Eventually the girl came up to me. I asked about my order. She went back in to check. To make a long story short they gave my food to a different car. After going back and forth she gave me a partial refund and replaced only part of my order. When I got food it was obvious someone had tampered with the burger (please see pictures). Looked like someone stepped on the burger and also took from the meat. Please BEWARE especially if you donât like being food poisoned and they were extremely rude.

I don't know why this store can be less every time it's taken out, and it's chicken nuggets every time. Normally, if it happens once or twice, it is considered a work mistake. If it happens often, I really don't know what to say. And it's all a problem that happens when it's taken out, and it won't happen in the store.
I can't believe it, we just got home from McDonalds and this is how they served my kids french fries smh! I also asked for ketchup and theirs no ketchup at all, bad service
