On December 2nd I pulled early morning around 6 am. I mention to the person in the drive thru that the day before my coffee was too sweet. Upon arriving to the window she gave me my coffee and I mention to her that the prior morning my coffee was too sweet. The next words were “OK”. I was really. Not even a sorry. I was not given a receipt and had to knock on the window because employee shut the window on me. The manager came over and I’m sure he heard over his headset my issue and his attitude was very unpleasant. This was my favorite restaurant on my way to work. I believe the way you handle your customers is very important since you might be the first person that interacts and can make a difference and even impact the way that customer will have the rest of his/ her day. In my case I was so upset that my drive to work I could not focus on my driving. Both manager and employee need retraining on customer service. I will not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great service AND the FOOD is ALWAYS To my liking AND everyone else that LOVES McDonalds... WNF right NOW they have the $5 or $6 Value meal that comes with fries chicken nuggets and K9 pick and Only draw back WAS that they don't take EBT 😥....

They have the worse coffee out of all the locations I’ve tried. I got the iced caramel coffee yesterday and it was the second time I got from that location. Their coffee tastes so water down and it didn’t taste like they even put the caramel syrup at all. I didn’t complain the first time because I just thought their coffee was almost gone and tasted water down. But I went back yesterday(the 2nd time) to the drive thru and tell the girl that it was water down and didn’t taste like caramel and that was what I got back(in the photo). Is that how they get trained to treat customers? It was way too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. Never gonna visit again.

I work across the street and while walking up to get my food there were homeless people sitting in the walk way. One guy had a big dog that started to lunge and attempted to attack me even with the guy trying to restrain him. Told the people inside about it and they said they would talk to him about it but as of the time of this post still haven't done anything about it. This isn't the first time this guy and his dog have tried to attack me.

I went through the drive through this morning. They girl that helped me sounds clueless. Charged me for my meals individually. She asked if I round up my change and donate. I said NO ! They did it regardless and took my money. Pay attention to your orders and what you’re paying for.
