I came Monday morning through the drive-thru for a coffee asked for cream and sugar the female repeated how I wanted my coffee and she still got it wrong and walked away from window ...a manager happen to walk by and corrected my order. I left a little upset. I came back at midnight for iced tea and a cheeseburger, and the young lady at the window was amazing. I wish I had taken her name to have her recognized for her customer service skills. She made my night!.

My medium fry could fill um a kids container they hardly put any fries in it… my deluxe hamburger that is supposed to come with lettuce And tomatoes had neither despite the fact that I doubled checked with them before I ordered it! This isn’t the first time it’s happened. This McDonald’s is getting worse. Their employees literally don’t care about anything anymore
I visited this McDonald's to grab food for my husband and myself, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our order, and when we finally received it, the food was cold. Unfortunately, since we hadn’t eaten all day, we ate it anyway. Not long after, both my husband and I became seriously ill. Extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the food safety standards here.

They don't even deserve a star. The only reason why i am giving them a star is because If not I won't be able to review this place. First of all waited over 40 mins. The fries cold and saggy, the double quarter pounder meat cold and nasty, so gave it to my dog to eat instead. No wonder they have a 1 1/2 star on yelp. No more going to McDonald's!! Will rather support a mom and pop's burger shop like Galaxy Burger which is close by.

McAMAZING SERVICE! I pulled up for an early morning pick-up at Archibald’s McDonald’s and was totally surprised by the quick and considerate service. The gentleman delivering the meals to each car had a professional serving tray and handled our food with the utmost care! I pulled down my window and found that he was friendly, professional, and polite!
I’ll definitely return to this McDonald’s, I ordered six McMuffins over the app and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. The breakfast is great at McDonald’s, I love a Sausage & Egg McMuffin in the morning.
The restaurant wasn’t packed, there were enough pick-up slots for each mobile app guest. It’s easy to pull-in and out of the parking lot as it’s quite spacious. I loved that everyone was mellow and I didn’t see any shady folks loitering. This location has a quiet and peaceful ambiance!
