Well, McDonald's is taking it to the next level. Their self service isn't enter service. They refused to actually take my order refer me to the real happy menu system, which I might do ordinarily but I had sort of a special order for one of them to do it when they refuse to do it I wasn't going to do it. I told her I don't work here.

I did the mobile order curbside and it took 30 minutes for them to bring my food out. It said it would only take 5 minutes. That is just unbelievable.
Tried calling the number that’s on the page. Line says busy, ordered a 10 piece meal to take home and eat, and they only gave me 6 pieces nuggets.

It's just another McDonald's service was so so and I don't like having to go to a kiosk I'd like to be able to talk to a human being and the counter service was very slow recognizing that I was there they really force you to use that kiosk or just leave

The girl is extremely rude I wont do names since I dont want to bash her but she needs retraining but the manager is top notch I will not deny that he was very helpful and kind thank you sir you definitely deserve your position .
