Ordered 2 coffees and nuggets. Coffe was cold and when I told her the coffee was cold she got an attitude and we'll I can make you some but you have to wait. WHY wait till customer says something you can't feel that the coffee is cold???? McD's coffee is always hot!!!! Uhg!!!! FYI order was drive thru at 5:30 pm wearing a blue shirt.

The food was really good (idc what you say about McDonald’s) but what I can’t wrap my head around is the fact that it took over 15 minutes to make one sandwich, two 4pc nuggets, and 3 French fries. That is where I draw the line at a McDonald’s. It’s a McDonald’s, not a steakhouse for crying out loud

Food is always right, never had them mess up my order so far. I don't visit this location as much, however today I visited and the line was long as usual, its next to the mall so its expected we don't mind, however the guy that gave us the food was a bit rude. Pretty much shoving the bag of food into my car. I was trying to set my drinks down. I understand it is busy but hold on man!
Food was warm, all modifications were done properly, happy with my cheeseburger lol!

The staff is broken they need a firmware upgrade. Wrong orders, missing items. Front staff cannot interpret their own app........ it's a clown show!
Place is hot as hell food was warm and not hot. Customer service sucked with attitude and no team work. The kiosks kind of work but don't print out receipts. Just overall a bad bad experience at this mcdonalds
