I eat here often. The food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere was off today when an unruly customer came flying in freaking out. Screaming about a burrito. Poor Carlos handled things perfectly and remained calm. The guy stormed out saying he wasn't coming back. Thank goodness!!! They don't need customers like that. No one deserves to be threatened and treated like that. There were about 6 tables of customers in there and none of us could believe how crazy the guy was acting. I'm sorry your employees had to deal with that.

I go to Miguel‘s Jr all the time to get their BRC. They have the best BRC around. I’m not gonna lie but today I went in and they messed up all my food twice and I had to get my money back and Carlos was very rude and did not even apologize to me. I will never go back to a Miguel jr in my life. Customer service means everything to me.

Every Sunday morning before work, I go to this Miguel‘s Junior restaurant to get a sunrise breakfast burrito. I get it like clockwork. The older Hispanic woman that is in the drive-through is so unbearably rude and her bedside manner is so ugly that after this last past Sunday , I will not be going back. In addition, friends of mine at work will not be going back to this location.
I gave this woman who I believe to be the manager my card for payment. She swipes the card and tells me the card is not working. I let her know that I just use the card not even an hour before at McDonald’s to get my iced coffee. She swiped the card again and tells me the card is not working in a rude and disrespectful dismissive manner . I told her the card is working and there are plenty of funds on the card. I said maybe you should insert the chip. She inserted the chip and then she gave me back my receipt but the way that she gave me back. My receipt was so disrespectful. I shouldn’t have to deal with something like this from a person in the service industry.
The one thing about this location is that they hire, beautiful young attractive, service girls, and cashiers, but this lady is the face that I see every Sunday morning and I’m not going to be disrespectful and say that she’s less than attractive, but her attitude is very ugly. And with her She needs to be as nice as possible in life. I’m trying not to attack the person and attack the problem, but the inside matches the outside. It’s very unfortunate because if I was a business owner, I would be monitoring who I hire for management and make sure that they had a great personality Because there are a plethora of fast food places, especially Mexican food restaurants. They are a dime a dozen. I’m writing this review because maybe other people have gone through the same situation. I am also going to contact Miguel‘s Junior corporate and investigate if there are franchise or if they are wholly owned by one company.
With the times as hard as they are right now, regular working people don’t need extra grief.
I've been a regular at this spot for awhile. But today I ordered one Bean and cheese burrito and one wet BRC with the Facebook deal and was charged over 15 dollars seems a little too expensive. Also I asked for a receipt and was told it was in the bag but it wasn't. Kinda disappointed and will probably be my last time going

Unfortunately Carlos the manager has no customer service skills and always makes my food smaller even though I pay for extra and the other employees all know,they have commented to me that they have no idea why he behaves this way towards me and ive been a regular at this location for 5 years now im an original from Corona early 90s from the westend location to tje OG on 6th street I would not recommend anyone to come to this location when this guy is here👎🏼 FYI I come here 3 to 4 times weekly so all the employees know me as the original burrito guy no rice (Haven location)
