The cold noodles with liang pi and sesame dressing. The sesame dressing was like water. If it was thicker and creamy it would have been much better. The chili oil was good but not enough with watery sesame dressing. The cucumber salad was also watery and not a lot of flavor.

I didn’t want to post this, but from dinner and diarrhea around 5 o’clock to 3 o’clock in the morning, I had diarrhea 6 or 7 times! It’s hard to find something as good as this dinner dish in LA. . . I didn't finish the two dishes I ordered and threw them away. I only took two bites of one of them and almost threw away the whole dish. I felt there was something wrong with the ingredients. The two dishes were too sour and heavy. Do you think there is a problem with suppressing ingredients in this way? Anyway, there is no evidence to prove it. After dozens of people ate like this, they were speechless, had diarrhea, and almost collapsed. . . I won't be visiting again in the future. . .

Other than that the food is absolutely delicious they need to work on their customer service and treat people with respect and equal

Can't rate the atmosphere as I have only done take out, but their service is quick, and their food is authentic and delicious. Their hand pulled noodles have the perfect bite and chewyness to them, and when paired with their pork tripe or cumin beef, make for delicious, filling meal. That doesn't even mention the massive portion they give you, giving you amazing leftovers for tomorrow!
